Decided to do a sprocket upgrade for the front and rear of the drive train. RevZilla website made it easy to find what specifically I needed in regards to sizing and fit. Items delivered as specified. Excellent quality, aesthetically pleasing products. I'm satisfied...

Got dang these smell good coming out of the box. Super easy install.
One of my bolts & its nut were damaged upon arrival. Made do with something else.

It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

I have ordered from Revzilla many times in the past five years. I have been consistently pleased with the ordering process. People are very helpful and the site is easy to navigate. Though some ordered items didn't work out for me, it was never the fault of Revzilla. I will order from them again, I'm sure.

Fast shipping & decent quality product. However, I am pretty sure that I received an item which was previously returned from another customer. Plastic shell packaging appears to have been opened and taped closed. The shrink wrap on the product itself looks like it was removed and haphazardly reapplied. Even so, I think I will keep the product.

Based on the product description and RevZilla's video review, the riding jeans fit and 'work' as described. The jeans were delivered in a timely fashion. They look good. They fit well. They seem to offer adequate protection via stitching, armor, and material. Note, I gave the jeans four starts because I've only used them three times or so.

One of the products I purchased didn't work for my application, usually the website is very good telling you if a universal product will work at least with some modifications but not this time totally don't work

Had the OEM parts I was looking for at a reasonable price. Ordering process was easy to do on-line, parts arrived in the timeframe stated, all parts were packaged well & damage free. Overall good experience. I have ordered from RevZilla before and will be doing again in the future.

Received an air mesh jacket, size was as advertised. Very happy with the buy less the flattened section on the zipper not allowing me to pull close.
Kat from customer service had me hooked up in less than ten minutes. I shot her some photos and the ball was rolling. New one received in a few days. Outstanding.

Nothing bad to say at all. Tires showed up at my door within 3 days of me ordering them. Can't beat that. Hate companies that marked shipped but it never goes out for like 3 or so days after they mark it shipped. Fast clean service. I'll be back.

Great selection of quality products with real reviews. Prices were competitive with other sites. My only complaint was that standard shipping was a little slow, so ordering well in advance of when you need something is recommended.

As far as the Mounting hardware, the main bolts in particular or garbage they stripped before I even reached torque specifications. I had to go out and buy my own bolts. Problem solved.

RevZilla has done an amazing job keeping the customer first and then the business. Their website is user-friendly and intuitive. You can find most things related to your motorcycle needs right here in one place. One major part of RevZilla that I love is their detailed video reviews of the products they sell. It's extremely helpful when making a decision.

Everything I've needed to add/change on my Yamaha R3, Revzilla has. I got great spool/frame sliders that work well. It's nice to be able to put in your year/make of bike and it gives you products that work for it.

One minute I'm ordering my exhaust at Chick-Fil-A. The next thing you know I got it right away in the mail. Awesome place and to order parts from and even better how fast they deliver in perfect condition. I will for sure order more parts from them.

Got this to clean up my tail end. Comes with no instructions but NRC has a YouTube with instructional videos. But honestly even with out that, if you have ever wrenched on your own bike it should be a snap. Took about 45 mins to do the swap. All bolts line up well came with extra zip ties for wire organizing which was nice. Works well and is bright and visible to other drivers.

I've been disappointed with my recent experience with RevZilla. The product sizing was misrepresented, which led to a return. Unlike many other retailers that offer free shipping and returns to maximize customer satisfaction, RevZilla has taken the opposite approach and now charges a shipping fee for returns. I had to pay a $10 fee just to return a t-shirt. This policy makes me reconsider ordering from RevZilla in the future.

I ended up with women's gloves that did not fit. Customer service set up the return and new order for men's gloves. My fault or was the description not clear.? Shipping, they move the date every day until the shipment arrives. If you are in a hurry RevZilla is not the answer. So called stock is not stock at RevZilla. They sell from the manufacturers inventory.

Lady listened and resolved the problem for me. The online return system did not work. If you are buying a product with a high return rate such as a helmet, don't buy it. Returns are a drawn out process.

I purchased a set of flat black 1" handlebar risers for my Harley and these people sent me a used set that was all banged up and clearly used, even had dust on them inside the package and now it shows out of stock so they knew exactly what they were doing. I will never spend another penny with these crooks, spend your money elsewhere.

I started a return but after seeing they purposely sent me a used set exactly how am I supposed to prove I didn’t use them so they can purposely screw me out of my return.

The reveille customer experience is very good. Whether its the informational website, online chat or phone support they care about the customer. They have a more than fair return policy and I like how they state be reasonable and respectful ensuring the merchandise arrives back to them in new condition.

Personable

I have spent several thousand dollars at RevZilla (and Cycle Gear) over the last 10 years. Never more than $500 at a time. It has always been a good experience. It's the first place I look when I need something for my bike.

The website is easy to use and available products readily seen. The purchase and subsequent delivery were trouble free and all was fine. When I received the product, ear plugs, I found them to be difficult to fully block the ear canal. Maybe my ear canal is large but it seems a size "large" would be nice. Once I got the plugs in my ears, they worked great. In fact they're the best working ear plugs I've every had.

I was skeptical when I used this site as it was mainly based over seas (I'm in the US) and with the prices they offered. However, I decided to do some google searching and saw some other positive reviews and decided to purchase a helmet from their site. I will say, I was surprised at how quickly the item shipped and got to my location. Would I have liked it to be faster? Yes. But overall really nice experience.
