Really great jacket. Fits perfect. However, it arrived with three very distinct slashes on the upper back. Definitely wanted this particular jacket. Was the last one in my husband's size. Now I see why. Did not try to return since there were no more in his size. We will spend the extra to order a repair kit from another vendor, fix it and keep it. Disappointing after many successful orders previously.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

Good selection of motorcycle gear for a new rider unfortunately
When they say free returns they don’t include the $10 charge to ship an item back. It’s detailed in the faq so good on them from a legal standpoint, I should have read all the rules before buying . I’m new to riding and trying to find the appropriate size gear has proven somewhat difficult. Getting into this sport/ hobby is expensive enough. Thinking I could try something on then return or exchange it for a better size is what drew my attention to Revzilla in the first place. However upon returning a size too small and wanting to exchange it I realized they don’t actually offer free returns. I’ll pay the $10 dollars and move my business to an smaller company that does stand by their advertisement of free returns.
