Ordered two tires from RevZilla. Both tires arrived in good condition. I'm a little disappointed at the age of the tires. One was just over a year old and the other is close to two years old. Hopefully they were stored correctly to minimize degradation.
I ordered a jersey for my son a month before Christmas and a week before Christmas I received notice it couldn't be delivered. Really!? I need this, but now it's too late to get before Christmas. This is crap!

Dismal confusion about the correct brake pad for my 2022 BMW R1250GSA. I ordered these previously from Revzilla. No issues. This time, you guys swear they won't fit my bike. The FA724 doesn't fit my bike...I know because I tried it and I'm sending them back. What a PITA. Please explain all this in an understandable way.
They popped up when I was searching for EBC FA630 pads...on Amazon.

The tires I like are often out of stock during the riding season. This year, I'm stocking up early. I buy from Revzilla because they don't say they have a tire if they don't have it. Updated inventory is important. Last year, I ordered tires from another vendor. They took my money and didn't send the tires. I called and they explained that their website is not "live" inventory. They refunded the money after I talked to someone. I'd waited a couple weeks before calling. What a waste of my time. I won't go there again.

Trail Attack 3 tires are great on my GSA. Stick like glue and have extra thickness to avoid off-road punctures. They're not serious dirt tires. I don't need that. I'll be riding some long rides this year and they seem to last well enough.

Everything is straight forward. I liked the price match that was offer to items I found better prices somewhere else. Very friendly and resourceful customer service. You can feel 'customer first' mindset. Returns are easy although they cost 9.99.

Ordered a simple pair of fingerless gloves. In the past, orders seemed to arrive in 2-3 days with rare exceptions. They seemed to pride themselves in getting product out quickly. I have made numerous high dollar purchases in the past with no significant issues.
Not any longer. Order placed 11/29 and I am still waiting on 12/10. Unacceptable. I will have to think about my options going forward.

The helmet is great fits snug, satisfied with it but the visor I bought fogs up way too much spent $90+ on it. Not worth it at all. Would need to buy the pin lock for it but it's always out of stock so please restock on them..

I bought an item from RevZilla on black Friday. It does not fit. The item came in a cycle gear bag with a RevZilla receipt and neither system.has any record of the transaction neither return sites take the order # supplied. Put in a help request yet to hear from anyone. Take your money elsewhere
