Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

I have purchased the same product 2 years ago and unfortunately it went from 69 dlls to 89. I understand inflation but it is still a piece of plastic. Brands should be more sensitive on pricing.

Because the one I bought before broke down the same day I have installed in my helmet unfortunately. I have waited two years to buy it again, but preferreable than trowing away the helmet.

I was very hesitant to purchase from the website because I was unsure if I would actually receive my product or not, I did receive my order and was so happy that it actually came. But after not even a week of riding the Velcro strap shredded like it had been weathered for 20 years

I placed two different orders about one week apart for an ADV helmet and boots. Both orders arrived in under a week.

Previous experience with Alpinestars boots. The price and function are very good. The Scorpion helmet fit, function were described well in the Revzilla site, and the price was good.
I got my forward controls and passenger highway pegs two days earlier than expected. Nice fit and finish on everything. The highway pegs were made of steel, so they were exceptionally heavy for their size, but the paint on them seems well applied.
I buy almost all of my parts from RevZilla, unless they are out of stock, forcing me to shop elsewhere.
It's shocking how expensive parts have become. I found forward controls in the color I was looking for, and I liked the style. They were a few dollars less expensive than Arlen Ness, which was surprisingly cheaper than any other manufacturer. Best price by a few bucks, sharp looks, free shipping, and RevZilla cash to save a little more. Oh, and they are a little longer than stock, so there's plenty of room for my feet.

I had a delivery problem that was due to poor service by FedEx - not any fault of RevZilla. However, RevZilla made sure I got the tires I purchased.... despite FedEx's best efforts to the contrary.

Items are ordered with them all being listed as in stock, but each item is shipped separately and on different weeks. If you are not in any hurry then don't worry, but if you are doing something like replacing gear that was stolen then plan on waiting a few extra weeks to be able to ride again.
The oh that’s our fault for not notifying you that changes to shipping we being made, and the the only thing that they could do was offer me a $10.00 gift certificate for my “inconvenience”.

I upgraded the shipping method to ensure that I would receive my items by a certain timeframe. Unfortunately, other items that I was aware could not be shipped air (which were not items that I needed immediately) were all packaged in the same box and so my shipment was transitioned entirely to 'ground' transit, missing my arrival date. This was disappointing.
Customer service (online chat) was friendly and courteous. They offered to refund my upgraded shipping fee given that a mistake was made with my order and it was not being sent as 'next day' transit. I did ask that an internal action take place to review how the error occurred and that it would be addressed and was told that would happen.

Recently, I drove to Philadelphia store to try on a pair of riding pants, after I purchased the pants I realized that the pad should have been included however they are not. I made a call to the office number and they shipped the pads free of charged to me would highly recommend.
