Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
Great price on helmet only thing is your web site jumps all over the place make it hard to look up parts or gear

Took way to long to get 3 weeks, then they didn't even deliver it to my house made me pick it up even tho I had the correct address, won't be shopping at rvzilla again, also the description is a very small picture you can barely see the product in the picture
What I was looking for was not available at the time and they simply sent me an email when it was back in stock.
I ordered some iron worker pants. Shipping slip says size 38 (which I ordered) pants were actually size 36.(tag on pants) Now trying to figure out how to return not on my dime. Don't have time to call customer service to figure this out until next month. Why RvZilla could you have not sent me what I ordered. Pics available for anyone interested…

Perfect. It was very easy. I ordered the wrong size and it was returned and my new item arrived quickly.
Sadly the helmet I got was just to uncomfortable, had terrible wind sound and my mouth was to close to the inside of the helmet.

I didn't realize you where so close when I did my first purchase online for my helmet. But for other stuff i went to the store once I found out. We on a sat and everyone there was great and very helpful to were my wife,son and I stayed even longer just to chat. They even let my son sit on the r6. It's a 45 min drive for me but I will make the trip everytime to buy something before I order on line (even though im a zilla memeber and when i order on line it comes next day). But If they don't have in store then I will order online. But that also makes returns easy for me. I am tall and skinny so getting the right size for me is a little hard but yall made it easy. Awesome crew!

Ordered an Kuryakan extended brake pedal for my Harley. Took it to my mechanic and had him install it. It's shorter than stock pedal.
