Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
Have purchased many riding boots for on and off road, these meet both expectations for each environment for duel sporting.

I purchased a windshield, the first box arrived and the windshield was cracked. The box it came in was obviously too small since each corner of the windshield pushed out on the sides of the box. Luckily it was no problem getting a replacement shipped out but I still had to go through the trouble of sending back the broken one. The next box arrived and it was just as bad as the first. Infact it was the exact same packaging as the first box and this time three of the corners were physically, pushing through the sides of the box. I was sure that windshield would be broken as-well but surprisingly it wasn't. For such an expensive piece of plastic I would expect a box that can comfortably fit the windshield and ample padding around it!
Response was prompt and straightforward only thing that could be better was I had to wait another 5 days to receive the replacement product even tho I requested next day or 2 day shipping which should be no problem since it was a mistake on your end.
Because I have had good results in the past and you had a good price on the product I wanted

Helmet sizing borders false advertising. I ordered a 5xl helmet when in fact the shell I am told is 2 xl and the liner is 5xl. This makes no sense.

I have purchased multiple times from Revzilla. They always ship fast and I haven't had an issue thus far. If I had one gripe it would be that they use FedEx as a shipping partner which I hate but other than that they are top-notch.
I choose RevZilla because their reputation in the motorcycle community is well deserved and their prices are fair.

PREVIOUS GOOD EXPERIENCE
I purposefully drove from Chesapeake Va., to the RevZilla store in Pennsylvania as I wanted to observe with my own eyes that RevZilla Stores are equipped as shown on all of the ReviZilla U-Tube presentations.
I was impressed with the quantity of "Stuff" available within the store. I spent over 3 hours shopping at the store. I had the pleasure of working with "Lee" during that time and she was very experienced and knowledgeable. If she wasn't certain about a product she would consult with another employee to make certain that I was correctly informed.
I highly recommend, whenever possible, for customers to go to the store rather than just ordering on-line.
The only concern I had was not being able to place an order for an item that was shown as NOT available on the computer if it were not in the store. I had 4 items that were ordered via the internet and one was the Aria XD- 5 helmet. I wanted to look at the other colors available but was not able to see them in person. I ordered based upon seeing, in the store, the Aria XD- 4. I ordered the Black Frost Helmet but was really considering the multicolor helmet. It was shown on the internet as Not Available and therefore I could not order that color.
It looks like I would have been able to be placed on a list for the specific color but would have had to wait a bit longer to be told I could now order that helmet. I recommend that you change that process so that a customer can get the color that he/she wants.
The U-Tube comparison of products has always been professionally presented with numerous choices discussed. This was consistent and therefore I wanted to experience that process so I drove 5 hours (one way) to a store and spent 3+ hours in the store.
I was able to touch and be fitted for each item. As it turns out many of the jackets produced by well-known manufacturers would not have fit my long arms. If I hadn't driven to the store I would have ordered a jacket that would have fit me except for my arms.
Lee, the employee, was very helpful in fitting me with what I wanted. Without her I would have had to send back most of the items that I purchased.
