Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
Every time I order with RevZilla my orders arrive fast and shipping is reasonable (if not free depending on how much I spend).

Bought Alpinestar open box gloves, turned out they had a split finger seam. Revzilla gave me another 15 dollars off when I reported it.
Very responsive and helpful with a $15 discount to keep the gloves and I fix the finger seam

I've bought all of my motorcycle gear from Revzilla, and everyone was made easy. Although I have not been lucky with affordable riding pants, the fit has been awful. I am a short guy at 5'4... but other wise all the other gear has been great!

Alpinestars makes great sport bike gear, but the gloves I recently purchased have some stitching coming apart in the palm of one of the gloves. Not so sure about their products now.

Ordered an Air Wave 4 jacket in medium since I couldn't find it in any local shops, especially in the lightest color way. Arrived, but turned out to be too large for me. Logged on to get an RMA and shipping label. Dropped it off at FedEx the same day it arrived. (I should've run out to see if I could still catch the driver!)
Always fun to shop on Revzilla, watch their videos, and scroll their selection. First time I had to return an order and it was easy!
Needed to exchange for a smaller size. They don't do exchanges - you have to return and rebuy. Bummer is that you can't apply any credits you used on the original order. For example, I had $15 RevZilla dollars and some RPM cash. I couldn't use those on my re-order until my return was processed.
