Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

Been looking for my 1st pair of riding gloves for me for street.for a long time. Finally saw these again & bought them. Lo e the Alpine Stars logo & it should mean quality made.
Very easy to enter order. Tracking the order was a nice feature. The gloves turned out to not be exactly what they appeared to be. I will continue to look for gloves & jacket. You really need to be careful when deciding on what size you need.

Ordered the Two Brothers silencer as that's the exhaust system that was on the bike when I bought it over 2 years ago. Found they make a silencer for that exact exhaust, which was needed because it was too much drone on long rides and was giving me headaches. Got it on and rode and it is still loud, but not nearly as loud and drone is now gone. I am very happy with the product and am loving my bike again!

I was looking for a 41 tooth rear sprocket for my 2015 gsxr 1000 and no one had one but revzilla heck,they have a 40 tooth.Anyway ordering was easy and shipping was fast and the customer service is great.

The grips are not the correct fit for my sons ktm sx e2 although the web page told me they did. They are sized for larger bikes.

Not a lot of stock on very popular items. The return policy isn't bad (although it was expensive as hell to ship back), and the quality is pretty good. Shipping took way longer than it said, though, which was unfortunate.

Fast shipping, great prices. Can't go wrong with the Shinko 777's. I get 9-10k miles on the rear and 10-12k on the fronts.
I ordered pants and ordered 2 inches shorter and they fit perfect. I'm usually wearing 32x32, but getting 32x30 was a great fit

Reasonable price.
Needed a different size of the item.
After waiting the initial 2-week lead time for a part I ordered to ship, the wrong part was delivered. I reached out to customer service, who was actually very helpful and very quick to respond to my issue, and they said it would be another 1-2 week lead time before the correct part could ship. Overall, I like Revzilla, but there have been more and more of these "minor" hiccups recently, such as cancelling an order when it couldn't fulfil it. I know they broker a lot of their products, but they need to be better about knowing their vendor's inventory if that's going to be the case.
Customer service was outstanding. Easy to work with and very quick to respond to my issue. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received.
