Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

I was having trouble finding a non damaged helmet. The first one did not fit right but also had snap closure and sun visor problems. The second one fit ok but was used. The inside was dirty and the Styrofoam liner was nicked and scratched up. Which brings me to RevZilla. I called them first and had all my questions answered. I ordered the helmet I wanted and received it quickly. It was brand new and in perfect condition. I will definitely order from RevZilla again.

I got my first bike and did a lot of research on gear. I ordered protection from head to toe for both my new bike and myself on June 14th. Some items in my cart mentioned additional lead time and I also live in Hawaii so I know what to expect with long shipping times. Unfortunately Revzilla blew all my expectations out of the water when it comes to waiting on product. It's now July 19th and I am still waiting on my riding pants and gloves. I reached out to customer service and they were all very nice and gave me little refunds but it still doesn't change the fact that I have waited over a month for safety gear. It's been brutal having a new bike but only taking it out for short rides. I've lived on Maui for over five years and have never run into any type of shipping complications like this before. Unfortunately even with their nice employees in customer service I will not be ordering from them again in the future.
Reached out via email and got answers to my questions for long shipping times and was even given a refund for an item that was supposed to ship within 24 hours and took almost a month to leave the warehouse. I appreciate the people involved with trying to figure out why my product still hasn’t arrived more than a month after ordering.

Being an RPM member, all of my orders as suppose to include 2 day shipping. I placed an order for Oil and a Filter at 10AM on a Tuesday. All items in stock and noted "Ships Next Business Day". Oil ships UPS, arrive Thursday as planned. The filter ships USPS, tracking does not work, says "item awaiting pick-up". Filter delivered Tuesday the following week. I've had the same experience on multiple orders.

I have 2021 r1m. I cut no corners with my bike. I bough the chain adjuster. Everytime I ride I have to tighten the chain again.
In today's day and age, taking a week to pick and ship an order is really too long.
