Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

The service offered is awesome and I'm very pleased with my new exhaust, however on the shipping page I paid an extra 34.99 to get 24 hour shipping, and apparently to revzilla that just means it leaves their facility in 24 hours, I didn't get my package for 4 days, which seems like a scam, all I ask that it gets worded better, I'm a frequent Amazon user and am spoiled by the overnight/24 hour shipping, otherwise it was a great experience and I would recommend them.
Well, I've only been home for 12 hours. My helmet's been waiting here for me for a couple of weeks. A more thorough review will come after I wear it watching tv v for a couple of hours.

RevZilla consistently provides excellent product selection, a great online shopping experience, and top-notch customer service.
Their price matching helps keep my loyalty. I don't get as much spam after using RevZilla vs the bump in spam I get from other online retailers. There is not a lot of differentiation between RevZilla and other companies that are part of their conglomerate, in which case Zilla dollars sways me to them.
I chose the suspenders for a better user experience with my riding pants, even though I think they're overpriced. I ordered the hand cleaner to offset the shipping charges I would have gotten otherwise.

I got my Leo Vince lv corsa slip on echauxt in the mail finally and right out of the box I noticed it was rattling, after I put it on I confirmed it's stuff inside the exhaust rattling
