Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

I've ordered from Revzilla many times. Every time my order arrives promptly. Or, if there are stocking or delivery delays, I've been promptly notified with plenty of leeway to cancel. Once I got a shipment in error (ordered brown, received black), and it was resolved quickly without expense to me. Overall a solid service for everything from cans of lube to big-ticket jackets and other gear.
Best web service available in the US, and they own my local brick-n-mortar (Cyclegear). Seems they share the same inventory, so it's easy to tell if I'd be better off picking up in person or ordering online.
I rode in the previous gen 2 of this jacket for two years (in size M) before putting on some weight and outgrowing it. Bought gen 3 in size L and am enjoying it so far, most of the redesigns are intelligent and it fits much better. Will save the old jacket for passengers of smaller stature.

The jacket is well finished, looks great and provides good protection on shoulders and elbows. I also use a vest underneath of it so I am set with it.

The Puig windscreen was not what I expected. The quality was no better than a cheap $16 one I had from Ebay a couple of years ago. This is no reflection on Revzilla. Shipping was fast and they made the return process super easy.

I'm an RPM member because I like to try things on locally at cycle gear but also can hop online and save on whichever website that has what I want. My latest order got lost in the mail and I needed the stuff for a trip so I called customer service and explained and they quickly helped me purchase the same products again and get them shipped. Eventually the other items came so now I have back up's but the point is it was easy to reach customer service and they were easy to work with.

I really like the Rev'it brand. Top quality at a reasonable Price. I ordered this because I needed a hot weather jacket for the hot summers here in Georgia. This fits the bill, good protection with a lot of ventilation. I bought the lightest color, silver, to further reduce the heat from the sun beating down on it. The color looks great. The Large is more like a Medium. Fortunately, I've lost some weight recently and the Large just fits me with a 42" chest and 32" waist. The shoulders are a bit snug, but the jacket looks good on my 180 lb athletic build. I'm 57 and maybe bragging just a little;-) That said, I wouldn't want to put an ounce of weight on.
The zipper is a very European left hand, which is a tipoff that they're not using American sizing. Rev'it would do well to re-label the jackets coming to to the US if this is the case. Regardless, definitely size up!
To be honest, I usually order form Revzilla’s sister brand, CycleGear. There is a store near me, which makes returns easy and the gear and prices are almost identical. In this case Revzilla had the jacket I wanted and CycleGear did not. The parent company of both ought to just suck it up and merge the brands IMHO.
It fit the bill at a reasonable price. Good ventilation and good protection.
