Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
The entire process was easy. Picking up boots for my daughter's boyfriend and it was about as easy of a purchase as I've had. They shipped the product out quickly and we received it quickly.

Usually customer service is top notch, not this time, they could track package but could never explain the delay, it sat at the postal facility 40 miles from my house for 4 days, then customer could only tell me that they would start a inquiry after another 5 days! What a joke, I'll try another vendor next order, obviously RevZilla has more business than they need!

I find that Rev Zilla has most of the things that everybody else has. The geeks are knowledgeable and compassionate. I feel comfortable when I talk to customer service, if I need a refund or whatever the situation they don't give up they work until I'm satisfied. I trust Rev Zella and they are number 1 Motorcycle Gear Place I go to.
I had made a number of returns for this reason or that reason and I was concerned about my credit card being credited and they put me at ease to go all the time in the world to help me figure out what was going on, and I found out that they had indeed Credited me. It was a nice experience, patient and kind.

Brand loyalty mostly. You find the brands that last, have value because they are durable and built right. Like Klim & Rukka to me top of the line. I’ve had badland suits and I own a winter rukka gortex pro suit that they can bury me with.
I wish you would have a policy like amazon where I do not have to pay to ship it back if an item does not fit. It is not my fault if the fit is not as described.
