Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

I've ordered a few items from Revzilla and the products and customer service were great. Only downside this time was how long shipping took. Several days before my item shipped out and nearly 2 weeks to receive. I wouldn't have a problem with ordering from you again unless I was in a hurry. In that case pretty sure I'd have to try another supplier.

You guys have so much stuff out of stock or unavailable - it makes me go to other places instead of getting it through you all. I rated you low because it seems it's gotten worse over the last 2 years instead of better even though the pandemic supply chain issues have eased substantially. This is also why I stopped paying for my RPM membership. If I can't get the things I need in one place, why pay for a loyalty program?
You had something I need
I remember back when you would only have a max lead time of 2 days and if it was any longer they would apologize profusely. Ever since covid, lead times have been horrendous and customer service doesn't really care. I ordered a shock for my bike and it had a lead time of 2-4 days so I was expecting it to take the 4 days. After the 4 days my card got charged but it still didn't ship. I wrote RevZilla and they told me it was delayed because they didn't receive it yet (which isn't their fault), but the worst part is they wouldn't have told me if I didn't write them. They also said they would apply a $20 credit to my account as an apology, which either I never got or I can't use with RevZilla cash at the same time. I ordered it 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't even shipped even though they received it 3 days ago. You'd think they would prioritize a package that is already a week late. Next time I'm going to order from the manufacturer directly because I would already have it by now. Never using RevZilla again unless they're the only one to carry something.
They are slow to get back, but I assume that's because they must be getting so many emails due to slow shipping. Once they answered, they were good.
