Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
Shipping speed beats a lot of Amazon Prime shipping speeds these days. My order arrived in good condition and I'm very happy with it.

Inventory, prompt shipping
It being 100° or more everyday for the past 3 months and the thought of putting a full face Schubert helmet on is suffocating I opted for the Copter 3/4 coverage hoping for some air flow. I've yet to find a full face helmet with decent ventilation. The Copter seems to have that. No complaints about noise since I wear ear plugs. The fit is tighter than I expected but will loosen some with use. Only a couple hundred miles so far.
Your search engine and reviews, as well as choice of relevant accessories, is truly excellent. Thank you for keeping excellent products from RAM and from Oxford, in particular.

I was sent a damaged helmet yet am somehow responsible for the $10 fee to return it. Doesn't make sense. It's one thing if I decide I don't like a product, but it's not my fault that you sent me a damaged item. I should t be responsible for the return fee.

I ordered the wrong size tires for my bike (I looked up the wrong sizes at some point and never bothered to check my owner's manual or the tires on the actual bike - total n00b move), and I had some concerns about the return process. It turns out I didn't need to have any concerns, and the individual who helped me on the phone was very patient and helpful - they emailed me shipping labels and even waived the $9.99 fee. The return packages show they were received today by RevZilla today, so we will see how it goes from here! I'm planning to buy two sets of the correct size as soon as the refund posts.
