Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

It's rare to find something out of stock. This is the kind of company that you can use no matter what you ride or how you ride. I've been using them a long time and will continue to use them because they take care of me. Customer service is also top-notch. You can't beat this company.

You can return your purchase within 90 days. In order to qualify product must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition. All original packaging and tags must be intact and included. I can't receive mail here and half my order was sent Ups,which I received. The other half was sent USPS and did not receive that. I wish that it was sent Ups for everything but apparently they can't pick and choose shipping companies. They were nice but I still have yet to get refunded.

Easy, had everything i needed, want6ed to try out some new tires. And they were available on your website so i purchased them. They were about the same price as i found elsewhere. And i knew i could make returns easily so i decided that it would be best to purchase them at revzilla

The RK chain I received was clearly fitted to a bike (links were very dirty and the OEMs box was clearly retaped) and had about 5 links missing which made it completely unusable. What it looked like to me is that another customer must have tried using it on their bike, but cut too many links off and then returned it back without notifying RevZilla. The chain still has the OEM lube but has a clear outline of a chain breaker tool. I understand counting links or even trying to identify things like a chain breaker stamp/print may be asking for too much, but the chain right of the box was dirty which I would think should raise an eyebrow for further investigation! Surely the return process should have caught this the first time around right?..
The call was satisfactory. End the end I was able to return the product which is fine, but the fact that I received a used chain to begin with isnt great..
