Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

I chose this tire because it’s the size I needed and at a reasonable price.
I've taken one ride with it. The medium seems true to size and it included the pinlock shield which is a nice add-on. It's very quiet and the latch system although not a D ring does function well. The rachet system held up well on my previous LS2 helmet. I really don't like the graphics but once I have it on I can't see the graphics so that is of little importance. I have not crashed with an LS2 helmet so I can't comment on their actual effectiveness.
The person who responded was very helpful and answer my question. I must ask that you reconsider using Fedex as a shipping partner. We rarely have a positive experience with Fedex including this order. I would gladly pay slightly more in shipping fees if it meant using UPS.
Revzilla has good selection and prices. They've been trustworthy so far so I will continue to shop there. Once can't really trust any of the box online retailers with safety related items so Revzilla is the spot
LS2 helmets, for me, have the best balance of price, performance, and features. They are ugly as hell but one does what one can.
I put in my address, then chose paypal. The address was overwritten with an old address in paypal. I didn't see this change until after the payment was completed. Please put in a dialog to confirm the address change when paypal changes it. I had to drive to my old address and pick up the packages.

I order the wrong size for my Pan American. I called to confirm I was ordering the correct part and they were very accommodating. They quickly sent me a return slip and label to exchange my part. The new part came quickly and was perfect.
I have had good experiences with them in the past and they have a variety of options to choose from.

What I needed.
I ordered a Michelin commander 2 tire for my dyna, and was sent a tire with a production date of 2021. We are now in June of 2024! When I called customer service and addressed my issue about feeling uncomfortable putting on a tire that could possibly be dry rotted, unfortunately I was given the run around. I was told the following.
"When the parts are pulled we don't check the dates, so we can't guarantee that you'll get a newer tire. Also the manufacturer gives a 10-12 year tire life so you should be good"
WHAT?!?!?!
I reccomend to those who are considering on buying a tire from Revzilla, DO NOT! You are better off going to a local store, and buying a tire in person, that way you can check the tire dates. Also I have to say this, but the individuals in customer service have absolutely no knowledge on their product. Extremely disappointing. I will NEVER buy anything from this company ever again. Too bad you guys are owned by cycle gear.

I could not change my default shipping address. I checked the proper boxes and it would not save it. Almost sent my order to a different state. Need to fix that.
Had what i needed
Ordered 4 parts, all were in stock and supposedly ship next day. Received one part a few days after initial order. After waiting nine days, I called customer service about the status of the rest of the order. I was told they were shipping that next day. Obviously, the order was forgotten or they didn't have them in stock like I was given the impression on the site when I ordered.
I'll take my chances with other distributors, that don't have the items in stock if I have to wait so long for shipping.
Customer service person was very helpful, but I shouldn't have needed to contact if the order would've been shipped when promised.

Wow, the heat shield kit from DEI the individual pieces were just thrown in a box with no packaging from DEI to show it was even the right heat shield kit. Also there were no instructions included I had to go read them off the DEI website. Well you can see Revzilla is not what it was before cyclegear bought them.

I just purchased my first motorcycle and needed some gear so I got a ICON helmet, Rev It eclipse 2 jacket, and ICON knee pads. All of them came in earlier than I expected and were amazing! I was really impressed with the jacket because the airflow is so great I can barely tell I have it on when riding. I highly recommend it to other riders.
I wanted to know more about the helmets and sizes and the guy I talked to was really helpful and assured me that if it did not fit they would send another.

I needed a single-sided rear track/paddock stand for my 2018 BMW R1200RS, which only has a single swing arm. I settled on the Oxford Zero-G stand (model OX2666). I also had to determine the proper size pin to order that would fit the mounting point. Information was easily available on the website and I confirmed the recommendation by measuring the mounting opening on the bike. The order was received in less than a week. The stand is well made and only took 15 to 20 minutes to assemble. The track stand works wonderfully, easily lifting the rear of the bike and keeping the bike steady and perfectly stable.
My previous experiences with RevZilla have all been positive, and they have a large catalog of parts and accessories for almost all motorcycles.
Other good recommendations and it appeared to be well designed and sturdy.
