Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
Purchased a pair of gloves that were in stock and said would ship within 2 business days, a week later they hadnt shipped. Contacted customer service and before i got a reply the order status changed to shipped. Customer service then proceeded to tell me it was my fault for checking out as a guest when i already have an account (i didnt checkout as a guest, i was signed in so i could use leftover revzilla cash so i couldnt checkout as a guest). If they just owned up to their mistake of missing this order i wouldnt even be upset
in stock item hadnt shipped after a week so i contacted CS, before they replied my order was updated to shipped. the CS rep then told me it was my fault that the order didnt update because i checked out as a guest while already having an account, which is just a outright lie. If i checked out as a guest i wouldnt have been able to use revzilla cash on my order, which i did. its pretty obvious that they just missed the order and if they just owned up to that i wouldnt even care but telling me its my fault when it isnt is unacceptable.
Never have an issue with revzilla shipping is always fast, and if you have an issue the folks at revzilla git you covered.
I frequently use revzilla and have built up some zilla cash with made my order cheaper.

Great looking jacket
Just as described! Fit was right on and the jacket allows a bunch of airflow. Really could use a liner on cold New England mornings. (I am using a liner from another jacket)
Browsing the website was easy and smooth. I was able to find the products I was looking for, read reviews, compare and find similar products. The website looks good too! I'm also very happy that the recommended armor for my jacket was easily linked at the jacket page.
But...
Receiving my delivery was slow. I'm not pleased with the fit of any of my products (helmet, pants, and jacket). The bag my helmet came in inside the box had a hole. It doesn't look particularly easy to start a return (couldn't find the link, I'll have to call). While I appreciate the no restocking fee, the return does cost money while some competitors (like Amazon) offer free returns. One of my biggest gripes, is that while my jacket color is advertised as Olive, the picture of the jacket looks way more brown than the jacket actually is. I bought the jacket based on the picture.
I used its website for most of my comparisons. Everything I wanted was in stock, and easy to find on the website. The website is clean and easy to use.

The helmet seems like it is good quality, shipped pretty fast, arrived one day late but no big deal, and Revzilla has been great.

I ordered brake pads for my bike through the look up. The first order i placed the website said was compatible with my bike. They were not even close. I went to a number of websites to see if i could find a part number for what was compatible. The correct item was listed as incompatible on the website and with two different photos. The schematic line drawing was correct, the photo was wrong. The part was compatible. The website needs to be double checked on the compatibilities of parts, its currently unreliable.

I've just recently gotten into riding motorbikes and got some cheap $60 modular helmet off Amazon, which did what it said it would but was extremely claustrophobic and just generally low quality. After looking around and cross-shopping I was recommended this website repeatedly and gave it a shot. Not only did I find the exact helmet I wanted, I found many similar alternatives and every style I could possibly imagine. I ordered my helmet on a Friday afternoon and it arrived the next day! Best surprise I've ever had with shipping. Fits great, is much better quality than my previous helmet, couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will be buying from RevZilla again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It looks like your order was placed on the 7/17, and the item had a 1-2 week business day lead time prior to shipping. It was with the carrier and on its way to you on the 7/23, which is the 5 business day after your order got processed.
Cardo packtalk edge came in promised delivery time. While installing, i tested the unit and it seemed the one speaker did not work. I don't believe that was the fault of revzilla and reached out to cardo and received a replacement set of speakers that do work.
Rpm membership, website looks cooler than cycle gears imo. Yea I'm weird like that.
Wanted a good bt comm system so i could use ear plugs instead of ear buds and save my hearing a little more.
