Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

Prior to this purchase I had also arrange to purchase from CycleGear Culver City, travelled there by Uber and the sales guy said they didn't stock item either, when looking online the system said the item was available in store, sales attendant was not interested in assisting in any way!

The ordering process was straight forward. Upon receiving the bead breaker, assembly was trouble free as the directions were clearly written and understandable. I have not tried the bead breaker yet but, I feel the construction is rugged enough to tackle the Heindenau and Harley tires, which are pretty stiff.
