Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

Helmet fits true to size. I'm a 56cm and size small fits perfectly snug. Cheek pads feel tight but should break in with time; felt really secure at highway speeds. Overall a great helmet. The graphics and colorway is gorgeous. One of a kind for sure. I'm loving it so far.
I made a typo on my physical address. Customer service responded promptly and assured me the item should still be ok for delivery. Item arrived on time.

Ordered a Roland Sands jacket that was listed to ship the next business day. Called 3x and CS couldn't be bothered and was told nothing could be done in regard to them contacting their warehouse. Jacket arrive 2 weeks later and I'll be returning it. Has to go buy one at a local shop.

In this day of modern warehousing, logistics and fulfillment, you guys need to review your operating processes.
I placed an order for Motul helmet cleaner an 3 degreasers. They arrived in three different boxes, 4 times the size box needed. They arrived in two different methods. One delivery to my home, the other two to the post box down the street. The helmet cleaner arrived in a decent time frame. The other two boxes different times. It took 9 & 10 days for the rest of the order! WHY ship the same items separately?

Super easy, glad i could order factory parts also. Notifications for shipping took some time, but i recieved the parts i ordered. I think from order to shipment of the factory yamaha parts,it took a week. Then another few days in shipping. So a little slower than expected but not bad by any means.

I planned to ride from Virginia to Redmond, Oregon for the BMW National Rally. I had checked the brake pads 2-3 times in the month before & they looked OK - on the calipers. On a Sunday evening before Wednesday departure for the 7,000 mile trip, when I pulled the calipers to change tires, clear that the front pads wouldn't make it, Your staff chatted me the answers on 1 day shipping and that the pads are in stock! They arrived Tuesday, I installed them & am on the trip with no problems.
