Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

Its just antifreeze, not much to review accept the packaging, that's why i gave it 4 stars.
The box was not rigid enough and 4 quarts of antifreeze just about feel out of box by the time it was delivered.

I ordered an amber sheild for my helmet. It was extremely easy to find what I wanted, very easy to order, and the item arrived quickly. Great experience.

The product they sent did not actually fit. The screws ruined the screw fittings on the frame of my bike.
I don't recommend anybody buying the saddle bag rack for their bikes from this company.
They responded quick asking for a picture and my order number. I sent them the order number again after I originally sent it in my original complaint with my name and address.
I didn’t hear back from that after that. Granted, I didn’t send the picture but I stated the issue so picture should be irrelevant. Although I’ll still send it. I just had a very busy day and got home from work late.

Online surfing/shopping must have searched 4 different stores and just suck with this site.
I was looking for a DOT helmet for my Harley that wasn't black or white.
All of the items were in good shape and packaged professionally. Delivery was later than advertised, but arrived within two weeks as opposed to 2 days.
The RevZilla website made it easy to narrow selections. I have not ridden with the bag yet, but the fitment looks good and relatively easy on my Royal Enfield Interceptor.
