Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

Need click "read more" on the description then scroll all the way down to read that helmet does not come as pictured, instead need to spend $45 more on a $154 helmet to get it as advertised. Oh wait they did offer 10% off.
Helmet pictured with tinted shield. Came without it. Now its $45 more in order to get the helmet as pictured on the website. Also, you need to click "read more" to read the bottom of the description were it says that helmet come with clear shield. Not happy. I do like the helmet so Im stuck wearing sunglasses while I ride.

Scorpion is a really good brand. Plus they have a 5 year warranty.
The company is using UPS services so beware of duties cost, 100$ more for a 200$ jacket is totally unacceptable for me. Because of that i will never buy again from Revzilla, there is other companies that give that duty service when you ship you know?

RevZilla is a perfect place to buy part or tools, it's easy to find the thing you need and they have fast and free shipping. I'd wish they offer free returns on riding gear or the products that may not fit. I'd be more comfortable buying from them if I knew I could easily return items that do not fit right.
Got all the information I needed, they also were willing to make policy exceptions for exceptional circumstances, when for example my bike was stolen and I had to return parts past return window or without the original packing.

First my packages arrived from RevZilla arrived within a couple of days, super fast shipping that is always appreciated. As far as the Cortech bags, they are awesome. Easy to install on my 2020 Speed Triple RS. Functionality is great with the way the tail bag attaches to the saddlebags. Easy to put on and off the bike at overnight stops. Plenty of room for gear and tools in one side, clothes in the other, and then misc. In the tail bag. I'm actually in the middle of a 5 day trip through Colorado and couldn't be more pleased.
