Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
I ordered a set of shinko tires for my motorcycle and had them in two days. I was really pleased with the speed in which they arrived.

I needed new tires and a friend sent me a link to RevZilla and the price was the cheapest I found.
I didn't receive my shipping notice until 4 days after it had already been delivered. This was problematic because I'm a Canadian who had the package shipped to a US hotel and I was trying to track its arrival. Fortunately, the hotel didn't return the package to sender! They usually return unclaimed packages after 3 days.
Phone reps were friendly and polite, but they weren't able to provide detailed tracking information. Apparently it was shipped by the manufacturer directly, without notice to Revzilla.
It had the Puig windscreen for the make and model of my bike, which is not available in Canada.

Bought the Shoei Neotec 2 from you guys and decided to add the Sena SRL-Mesh comms after much research. Wish I could use my Cardo Pactalk Bold system but all the modular helmets have gone to proprietary systems.

But two sets of Moto gadget mirrors, my first order MO.view club XL the Boxes had been opened and was slight indication that the product had been installed already. But rather than possibly arguing over a return, I ordered another pair of Moto gadget mirrors and will sell the others privately the new mirrors came unopened in perfect condition.

For OEM parts
I had a fitment issue with the pegs I ordered and had to return them. Their site says standard male pegs will fit my 2023 FXBR Softail Breakout. This is untrue. To be honest though the pics and descriptions were spot on and if I had compared them to my bike I would have noticed the difference. So all blame doesn't rest with RevZilla.

I selected Kuryakin dual MTX Bluetooth speaker pods for my motorcycle. I sure am glad I didn't purchase new ones that were $150 more. They are decent for putting around town, but anything over 50mph is unimpressive. Might as well have bought some cheap chinese quality from amazon.
