Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
I ordered some hard work covers for my docking hardware. There was a mix-up in the shipping address and I never received the package. I called customer service and got a hold of Dean. He searched and found the error and he told me it shipped to the right Town wrong state. I was going to reorder and he told me due to the low cost of the parts he would replace them at no charge he took my information and covered not only the parts but the shipping cost as well. I'd call that real customer service. I'll use RevZilla again for sure. Item was small and there is no exchange option. So after initially paying for next day delivery, I had to process the return which took about a week. And I had to pay for shipping the return. Then you would need to make a separate purchase with shipping if you want the correct size. I opted to purchase through someone with a more generous shipping / return policy.

Looking for slip ons for my new RG3
I ordered a Givi Airflow windscreen. It came with only 1 half of the windscreen which confused me since the description suggested otherwise. I reached out to customer service, via the Chat feature. Was connected to a real person and it was all taken care of! They sent a whole new order which arrived complete.

1. They are close to my home in MD.
2. It was a recommendation by the guy@ Icon Motorsports for a part I was missing.
A) it was a part that fell off my helmet and y’all had it.
B) I asked a group I’m a member of on FB. Despite mixed reviews I went with the top result.
I ordered a Ciro Latitude lightstrike tail light for my ultra limited. Honestly I couldn't believe it arrived in 2 days. I was really happy about the product arriving so quickly.

Part came in timely manner and price was good but my email and everything has been filled with stuff from here after one purchase and requesting I don't receive any emails from them. Also none of the emails sent had to do with shipping or tracking of my package never go one or a tracking number.
What a waste.I paid an extra 40 bucks for next day on a thursday and received it the following wednesday. Terrible warehousing and marketplace tactic.
