Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.

I was looking for a new helmet, found one that I wanted. Saw the helmet on the manufacturer's site for $70 less. Started a chat and sent them the link for the manufacturer's site with the price. With in a few min I had a link to purchase the helmet at the lower price. Couldn't have been easier.

The part is fairly expensive for what it really is and the shipping took too long given what I paid for it. Other providers are significantly faster at no charge.
The part I had was broken and I was looking for spare parts. Unfortunately single parts are not available so I ended up buying more than I needed.
