Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I was in the market for some riding jeans, and was all set to order the KLIM Fifty 2, as I had bought one before and liked it, but then I saw the video for KLIM Forty 2 and that convinced me to go with that model. I'm glad I did! The Forty 2 is lighter and fits me better, and still has good abrasion and impact resistance. KLIM, if you are listening, please make them in Black too.
I received a can of spray lubricant which was shipped in a plastic bag. The lid broke and discharged some of the contents inside the bag on another product. If you're going to ship aerosol products in a plastic bag, better tape the llid and wrap them with something.
I submitted an e-mail that went unanswered for a couple days. Call and I was issued a refund.
I appreciate it when there is a notation for fitment, either way. Service was very fast. 2 days on the Stator, and just a few more for the Primary Chain Locking device. Everything is always spot on and great quality. Now all I have to do is remove the primary cases and git er done.

Availability
Lenses won't come off for the installation in the signal holders. Cheap plastic tool wasn't useful. So I resorted to pliars. Still couldn't get them off.
Supposed to be great quality.
This purchase was my second time making an online purchase. I was unable to use the first time buyer option on my second purchase. I called customer service and the issue was immediately resolved.

I visited the box store location in Philadelphia and was very impressed by the wide selection of products and the knowledge and courtesy of the staff even though I informed them on arrival I was only window shopping.
I needed a Sena Bluetooth unit for a recently purchased Shoei Neotek 2 helmet.
Wanted to purchase Cardo Freecom 4X for the longest. Was in rush to purchase as I won't be purchasing my bike until after the end of this year. Finally saw on sale and decided to buy.
Live about 90 minutes away in Baltimore so wanted to come in to physical store to try on a pair of Daytona boots to ensure proper sizing. Unfortunately, was informed physical store did not have Daytonas in stock. Turned to competitor The Visor Shop who carry the Daytona Road Star Pro and whose online clothing gear department was very helpful in converting my US to an EU sized boot. Would have preferred to buy domestically but, again, RevZilla does not carry that boot.
Plan to purchase touring bike after many years of not riding. Will need to purchase gear so wanted to give RevZilla a try as they are large vendor and have a decent return policy.
All products fit just as described. Revzilla's site is easy to navigate and full of information to help you make an informed decision on your purchase. Communication is top notch and I look forward to using them in the future.

Had two separate packages for one order. In total I had five bottles of cleaning supply for my motorcycle and helmet from Motul. First shipment came with three bottles and the lid of one bottle split during transit. (considering I don't believe they chose to send me broken bottles) This caused a pool of liquid to be at the base of the plastic bag and some had spilled over in the box itself, the rest of the bottles were also covered with the film and needed to be cleaned. The second shipment had more of a canister of helmet cleaner and the spraying nozzle has completely broken away from the lip with the spray handle hanging loose. So I'll have to find a completely different way to use this product.
Overall I understand that this wasn't the end of the world but this could have been harsher chemicals and they were just thrown inside a cardboard box and shipped. More thought should be considered before e-commerce sends these items out to the customer if this is to be an online retailer.

Price shipping and ease of use
I wish I'd known about this before I'd spent twice as much on the Gustafsson 12.5" Touring windscreen. It's about the same length, but is swept back more aggressively, and so isn't as high. With the flared edge, though, the air is hitting at almost the exact same spot on my helmet and I have better visibility. There's less buffeting with the vent hole and wider base. Because it's swept back more, I did have to put some plastic spacers in the mounting bolts to ensure the rubber vibration dampener was making solid contact with the windshield. Without that, it definitely didn't feel solidly mounted.
This was the only online retailer that had it (briefly) in stock. I'd made an order on Amazon previously, but the ETA was 3-6 months out. I confirmed later that they didn't actually have any in stock.
