Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Easy to use and had what was looking for. Product was exactly as described. Love them!

Ordering a new jacket had me between 2 sizes. I ordered 2 sizes so I could try them on and compare them to each other. I lucked out and the first one was perfect. For $9.99 Revzilla gave me a return UPS label and I shipped the other back. Got my refund in days. Probably would have spent $30 if I had to pay UPS. Great perk of dealing with the best motorcycle gear dealer.

Looking for a vented 3 season jacket. I have always worn Joe Rocket but the cut of their jackets no longer gave room to my growing waist! Watched a few of your videos and picked one. Very happy with the jacket.

These are great fitting jeans. They are very comfortable, the Wallowa's little big, but everywhere else they fit great.

I’ve been happy with previous orders and delivery times.
Whenever I shop at revzilla everything goes smoothly. Sometimes it's overwhelming the amount of items available, but manageable. The only thing I don't like it is that they often have discontinued products or old or whatever. I wish they only have the most recent models.
Unfortunately Revzilla is part of a monopoly so it became one of they only sites that has whatever I need.

Experience was good and my Saddleman seat looks amazing on my 24 Road Glide - one note to add - the seat says it will fit a 24 Riad Glide but unfortunately it is not a perfect fit due to a new design on some plastic covers below the seat- I made some minor adjustments to the covers with a cutting tool to make it fit because the seat looked so dope that I did not want to send it back -

I really like the way the product has looked, but I have had trouble with the sizing. I did all the correct things to measure and the first pair of pants were too big and the second pair were too small. I am frustrated.
