Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I ordered an fmf fatty and it came quickly but there was a small dent in it that's hidden when on the bike so I wasn't too worried about it

Because it’s a great product, a pair of Klim pants, my second pair of the exact pair of pants. I had to buy another pair because I lost so much weight that the original pair didn’t fit me anymore, and since I have had a great experience with them I bought them again. How’s that for a product endorsement!
Ordered $700 worth of stuff, I work outta town a lot so I specifically ordered my stuff on a certain date cause I knew I would be leaving my home to work outta state. My stuff didn't get shipped out till a week after I ordered it, then took another week to get to my house, just for my package to be stolen from my front door cause I was outta state working. Thanks revzilla!

I was planning to order my new tire from my local dealer but I decided to have it delivered right to my door. I ordered it from RevZilla without even leaving my chair and it arrived faster than the dealer had promised.

Seems like no matter how loose or tight I make this chain and sprocket set up, when riding it sounds like it's grinding on the chain guide on the swing arm nearest to the front sprocket. The previous sprocket was taller and put the chain in a better angle so the chain didn't make a constant grinding sound while moving at all speeds, accell and decel

I received the part that I ordered within a reasonable amount of time but when I opened the box a part was damaged so I called up RevZilla and they told me to call the manufacturer. When I called the manufacturer and told them the problem they sent me the part that was damaged. I could have shipped the whole set back to RevZilla and they would have replaced it but I just needed one part of the set. Both parties were willing to help me out so I will continue to purchase from RevZilla.

They refuse to ship tires to Alaska while any other company will. Perhaps I they don't make enough money because of the shipping. Called Dennis Kirk and they shipped it the same day. All Alaskans hate the "we can't ship outside the US". In the last few years they seem to have lost that excellent customer support they used to have.
