Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

I ordered it on Saturday for a bike trip Friday morning and even paid for the express shipping. It took nearly two weeks to get! Revs web site said it was waiting pick up the whole first week, FedExs site said it hadn't been picked up, however every revzilla rep lied and said it was on the way! No one ever went to look and see if it had shipped. It was never investigated they just sat on their computers reassuring me it was on the way. I got back from the bike trip three days ago and just now got the package. I am so disguste. This was my first purchase.

I ordered a jacket and pants, Sand 4 H2O, both large. They came on time and everything was fine but the pants were too tight for haunches to slide in. The process setting up the return was very simple since my hips couldn't negotiate the entry point. Ordered the next size up and they came on the date promised. The customer order call was the free back pad for the jacket that I missed on the order. Customer service quickly put in a no cost order and I received it with the original delivery. Happy campoer.

I purchased a set of heated grips, along with some boots and a windscreen. Boots were great, windscreen was me (no fault of Revzilla). The grips were an open package with pieces everywhere, handwritten notes on the owners manual, and a price tag on the box $40 less than I paid.
So that was a bummer, but more of a bummer was the return policy. I had to get the item to a UPS store for a return scan before they would ship a replacement. My nearest UPS store is a 30 minute drive, so I dont go there often. When the item arrives damaged or wrong because of the fault of the shipper, a replacement should be shipped immediately. I was in the middle of a project and needed these parts asap, playing around with returns is a big waste of time. I ended up just doing a straight return instead of an exchange and ordered the grips from Amazon. This is why Amazon is winning, they are a terrible company, but they fix their problems very fast.

Went into the store to make an exchange for a smaller size and I got all the help I needed. The people who work that store are awesome, some of the nicest and most helpful folks I've met in any retail store. The exchange process was easy and fast, Revzilla is a great company with even better employees, these people deserve to be paid more to be honest.
I chose revzilla literally because of the knowledgeable and pleasant people working there. They actually like they like what they do which is refreshing.
I needed new riding jeans since my garbage nbt's i bought fell apart on me and needed a quality product that would last.
The Marco 2 jacket fit is off. I first ordered a Medium (to go with the Medium pants) that was apparently designed to fit Madison Avenue fashion model. I could barely get my 74 year old arms in the sleeves. ( I'm 5'9", 165 lbs.)
I replaced the Medium with a Large and found the arms, shoulders and chest to fit after I replaced all of the CE 2 armor with thinner CE 1 armor. The problem is that the length goes with a large, while the girth goes with a Medium. When I ride, the neck line cuts at my throat. I have to fold the front of the jacket under at the bottom to keep from gagging.
Based upon previous Sedicci garments, I expected much better.
