Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

I've ordered mini items from the site and have been happy with every purchase. I had one small snag on a recent order and the customer service team fixed it very quickly.
I paid for overnight shipping, but did not receive my package the next day
I ordered the specific parts I need and they arrived in a timely manner. I didn't have any issues with the parts either during and after install.
Received product 11 days after placing the order. Although I am happy with my purchase, delivery took much longer than I anticipated. On the website the shipping was advertised "will ship within 24 hours", however, my package did not ship for 4 business days. Have I known of such delay beforehand, my shipping experience would have been better.
Jena from customer service was able to answer my question, however, that didn't not expedite the shipping process.

Part of my shipment was a windshield for my scooter. Despite the website stating it was for my model year, it was not. Returning is overly complicated and should not have been at my cost when the product was not as advertised.

It used to be they would ship everything within 2 days at maximum and respond to emails within a day. Now it seems after 5 days I have to email asking why it hasn't shipped, I'll get a tracking number sent and 3 days later they'll respond to the email.
Took far too long to respond to be of any help and didn't even help once they did.
