Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I bought a battery, and had concerns about the apartment number not being in the shipping address on my order. I was greeted with friendly and helpful customer service, and even received a follow up to make sure I had received my order.

I ordered a pirelli diablo rosso 3 back tire on April 16. When I checked out it said my tire should be delivered in the next couple business days so I expected it by the 18 or 19th at the latest. Long story short I contacted customer service a few times during the period I was waiting for my tire and was continuously reassured it would be here in the next couple days each time, (they also gave me a measly $20 credit that is no benefit to me when I don't plan on using them to buy anything again). All in all in I didn't receive my tire till today the 27th nearly 2 weeks after i ordered it when it should've come in a couple days. I understand if there are delays in the shipping process but you guys should atleast let customers know that at checkout or shortly after checkout.
Even though the 4.5" HP slip-ons I ordered did not fit and had to be returned I would give RevZilla 4.5 stars if that score was available. My only consternation is that I ordered the mufflers to begin with and waisted the time to receive and return them. I probably should have called to find out if my Screaming Eagle headers would fit them but was not aware that it could be a fitment issue. Lesson learned on my part! But for RevZilla's part they were prompt, responsive and assisted me to expedite the return. Great customer service on their part.
RevZilla had the slip-ons I wanted so I went with them.
Service was quick and delivery fast but only problem I had was the cushion sleeve in cup holder was too small for my costa coffee cup and and seemed abit top heavy. Which made me worry that I might spill drink on my motorcycle. Which wasn't really explained in description of product. Also it seems very easy to attach and worries me that for that price would be costly if I someone was able to steal it as easy as it can be put on.
They had what I was looking for and the webpage came up. Self levelling cup holder for motorcycle.
Because it was the closest I was looking for.
Some previous customer reviews mentioned that the gloves seemed too tight / small.
A Revzilla video review mentioned that the gloves might be slightly large.
So I balanced those opinions and stayed with my normal size (Medium). (For reference, I have relatively big palms and short fingers and usually wear medium in all sorts of gloves.)
I should have listened to the customer reviews. I'm working on stretching them out, but these are pretty small and tight.
