Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I think it's a great site, return policy is more than fair, the process could be easier, but it's only really a tiny bit harder than Amazon, so that's not really a complaint

Really need more technical details on some of the parts and brands. While they are often very good, it takes utilization of many other resources before one can sometimes know to buy from revzilla. This info would be quite helpful if available with the parts. Unlike experts in motorbike parts, I'm a layman of sorts.
A terrible experience. Quick to make blind assumptions, not listening well and quick to pawn off. Like buying a 'Friday Tractor'. So, an alleged expert with apparently thousands of installs, seemingly could not begin to imagine the 2 ends of the common part I was describing, clearly. Instead I was offered a return or to contact the mfg.
I contacted the mfg. and in 10 seconds clarified I was simply in error (I had the part backwards like an idiot) and then I was well on my way using the awesome part I could seemingly only find on RevZilla. I have used revzilla for years and have enjoyed past parts options you make available. Thx!

Spent some time researching online and on Revzilla for the right parts to customize my new Suzuki GSXR-750. Love the Revzilla videos, super informative and helpful in figure out what I needed and how easy/hard things would be to install myself. I narrowed it down to a Shogun protection kit, CRG brake and clutch levers, a Vortex rear set, as well as a Yoshimura slip on exhaust. All bike specific, and easy to order thanks to Revzilla's great website. All items were packaged nicely. I did have some issues with missing parts in the Shogun kit, but after calling support, they helped me find the right parts and sent them to me free of charge. Great products and fantastic service. Thank you!

I've been riding bikes for over 20 years. And I have always ordered from different sites and I have never had an issue like this. So I made an order over the weekend which means it don't ship out until the next business day. After doing some extra research I learned that I may have order the wrong exhaust. While realizing my mistake I gave Revzilla a call to cancel the order so I can make an even bigger purchase n correct my mistake before the item is even shipped out. I was told that they can't cancel the order it's going to ship the next business day n I have to go through the entire process of waiting and returning the wrong product. As a customers n rider this is unacceptable there shouldn't be any reason why the order can't be canceled before shipment. But you got the money that was paid for the parts. Customer service rep Ray was great. But as a company I'm sure you can do a lot better. Very upset. Yes I understand it was my mistake to begin with but we are human we all make mistakes.
Revella is great never had an issue they're always quick to respond.
The citation too helmet that I purchased however I will only get four stars the internal sun visor is hardly tinted on like the LS2 previous version which had a nice dark tinted lens that came stock with it and it allows a lot of air flow through sometimes too much even with all the vents closed ( contacts don't like wind)

Love revzilla. Shipping was very fast and products are as they are described on the site. I wore a 44 in smx6 and upgraded to these. Took a gamble and went with a 43. They are defenitly snug but not overly tight and can still walk in them comfortably. I expect them to loosen up a bit down the road. Very nice piece of equipment!

Revzilla has been a go-to store for me since most other places either don't carry nearly as much or charge more than usual. Their site is easy to use, the filters are extensive, and specs for each piece of gear I want are always listed. They ship quick and have a good customer return procedure that makes like easy if something doesn't fit correctly.
It's a much more refined experience than other vendors. Each product has information in full and a video to go along with it. This makes it easier to find something that I want versus other vendors.
I bought a set of Dianese gauntlets and a new armored jacket to replace the ones that I have. My current gear is old and I wanted something new that will offer protection without degradation.
The warehouse shipped the wrong tire to me, but as expected, Revzilla made it right straight away.
The rep got me a return label and a new tire out to me straight away. I got some zillacash for my trouble as well.
They have good prices, a good level of in stock items, and consistently good service. I shop with Revzilla as my default. This experience with the wrong tire being shipped was a 1 out of 20 (or more) situation.

You lie, and say 2-3 day delivery and it takes a week to deliver! Very sorry sales tactic on your part. I purchased from you because I was in a bind and needed parts fast. I went with you because you had the quickest "standard shipping" 2-3 day was my guarantee my package took a whole week! Shame on you Revzilla. I was so upset I sent the product back, and went with a different company because my time was wasted, and I was given false hope!
