Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
My product was originally lost by UPS so it took a littler longer to receive but Revzilla made up for it and re-shipped the item overnight and it's very much appreciated. The windscreen is great as it's my second one and it looks amazing and easy to install!
They explained the process about lost packages let me know that they would re-ship the item which they did accordingly.

Need a checked gear bag revzilla had them. I think this will work. Did a trail fitting of my gear. Jacket, Aplinstars Air-tech vest, pants, gloves, boots and helmet. Have a little room to spare and still under 50#

Easy navigation, lots of reviews, fast delivery. Unfortunately could not get a matching clutch lever to my brake lever, but probably not Revzillas fault. However, when searching for clutch levers that fit my bike it did not show any matches even though there were some that were Manufacturer specific that did not show up as there were not model specific. There should be a way to search of Manufacture specific even if it is not model specific, but that big "DOES NOT FIT YOUR BIKE" created confusion.
I asked about the Daytona boots warranty. No where on the site or in the package I received mentioned anything about the warranty. Other places have 2 year warranty, for Revzilla its only 1, which is disappointing, half the year you cant even ride in some regions.

After writing a negative review my shipping charges were refunded. I appreciate the refund but should not have had to write a negative review to get it. Idk. I'm probably just being a Karen. Money is tight in this economy. My hobbies don't have the available cash flow available that I'd like.
