Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
The Sena helmet I purchased is poor in my opinion. I could not easily hear my riding partner as we were moving.
Ordering was easy, product got here, problem was they were, "Experiencing more business than they could handle, phone calls and emails were backlogged etc. etc." on the answering machine. They did apologize and made up for the inconvenience and I appreciate their efforts in that regard.

I mistakenly assumed that my order of mirrors for my motorcycle came as a pair but found out that they were sold individually when it arrived. Saw the Ciro3d brake light for my '23 StreetGlide. Great addition to not only enhance the look of the bike, but it's also much brighter than stock, so there is a safety component as well. After a Google search, Revzilla came back with the best price by far.

Needed a rebuild that wasn't going to break the bank
I ordered a pair of Icon Stormhawk boots. They were promptly shipped and arrived quickly. The boots run a little on the small side so I called customer service about exchanging them. They emailed a return shipping label and immediately shipped the next larger size. I received the replacements in under a week and my refund on the first pair was processed as soon as the return was received. The second pair fit great and I'm very happy with them so far.

I usually have an excellent experience shopping with RevZilla. In fact, the shopping part of my experience was again stellar, the right parts were listed. They were available. It confirmed. Fitment and it made buying OEM Suzuki parts nice and easy. With my RPM membership. I was told that I would have my bearings and oil seals in 2 days now. I figured ordering on a Sunday the Wednesday delivery date may have been a little optimistic, but I figured I should see them by Friday at the absolute latest with my 2-day shipping. In the end they arrived on Monday, this was a problem. I had plans that require the bike to have wheel bearings in it. Thankfully I was able to borrow a spare wheel from someone else and swap my tire onto it.
Once the bearings arrived they were in excellent shape OEM parts and they went right in. My issue. Was really with the delay on the processing of the order before it made its way into the shipper's hands to deliver
I contacted RevZilla customer service to check on the status of my order, while I had a tracking number, nothing had happened. The order was just sitting and my expected delivery date never really updated to anything that gave me Faith. I would have my parts in time. In the end the parts didn't arrive until after my weekend
As an RPM member, I enjoy the benefits of my membership. Additionally, RevZilla has been an outstanding resource for parts, gear and accessories for my entire riding career. The wheel bearings on my Trek bike were shot, I didn't find that out until a week before my track day, so I needed to order the OEM parts and have them delivered faster than a shop locally could have sourced them

I needed a gas cap tube that allowed for air flow without spilling gas when my bike tipped. I like to do a lot of technical riding deep in the wilderness and don't like to have to worry about losing gas/mileage if it's a challenging road.
First time ordering, shopped by make,model,year. Got new grips in mail, grips were for a 4 wheeler not a dirtbike. Smh

I received some incorrect iteams and when I wanted to return everything for a refund, I got half a refund and a shipping label for one of the items. I later got a label for the second iteam but wants to be sent separately. I feel like the process has been cumbersome
