Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
These shoes were accurate with my sizing and very comfortable. They feel snug when shifting, and very comfortable to walk in.

I ordered an "adjustable" shift lever for my 2013 BMW R1200GS. Upon delivery the product was exactly the same as the stock shift lever and was not adjustable at all. I have sent the product back.

Ordered a modular helmet LS2 on 3/22/24 recived item until 4/6/24. Called costumer service, they said the manufacturing company is the one processing and shipping. Very disappointing on the website say 5 to 7 day

After reading reviews about Rizoma quality and finish, I decided to treat myself… only to receive a pair that have a noticeable variation in tint of the bronze anodizing… I can understand colour variations between production batches, but as a re-seller, RevZilla should make sure the buyer receives product that reflects the price point.
