Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
This is the 3rd or 4th time I've bought tires through either Revzilla or JP. Prices are always great and the deal we get with the mount and balance at our local cycle gear… can't go wrong

Instead of an exchange, they wanted me to return the small item at my expense, and buy the larger one for full price.

Fast and easy but the front stand for triple tree does not fit my 2017 Honda cbr300r. Nowhere on your fitment explanations does it say it won't work beside a couple kawasaki modules I believe. How can you fix this for me?

Yes, they are great for my dirtbike. It is a good thing to have some parts for the dirtbike when I feel like getting some other parts and some extras.
I ordered before leaving British Columbia for Moab and anticipated receiving my items there. The order was supposed to be all in stock but some items came from a different wharehome delaying them. So customer service guy, Ray M., made sure that my stuff was delivered at my motel in Moab.
I was visiting Moab, Ut from CANADA and time was limited for my delivery. Ray M. stepped up by investigating my order and then expedited an item that was messed up in the ordering process. Thank you so much Ray !
Their picture of the Giant Loop Zig Zag handlebar bag showed the manufacturer logo as grey and not the bright orange ( very distracting) as at another online store. I won.
