Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

I ordered this replacement because two of the keys broke back to back in the original Givi lock. With the new one I could immediately see they addressed the issue. The key became shorter and thicker. Replacement was quick and I now have a fully functioning Givi case.

It wasn't revzilla's fault but fedex is a mess and it took me calling and getting mad for them to actually deliver it since something about the shipping label got messed up. I was about to cancel the order and go somewhere else and it makes me not want to shop here again because of you guys using fedex.

Funny thing is they say it dose not fit on softail slims. Fls. Which is what I have and they bolted right on with no issues at all! But unfortunately I was rear-ended on my bike and ended up in the hospital. Bike is toast. But these guards did there job and protected my engine. Still runs. But lots of cosmetic damage. Thank you for a great product! Highly recommend! Will be buying other things in the future!

Looking forward to using this gold reflective faceshield for my new Scorpion EXO-H1X helmet. Both were closeout items and I'm pleased with the price. I received my item promptly within the week it was ordered.
I found my item at Revzilla using an internet search engine to do my shopping.
I wanted a reflective faceshield for a specific helmet model and Revzilla had it.
I ordered a pair of shoes based on the European sizing given in the size guide on RevZilla. The shoes that I received were multiple sizes smaller than what I had thought I was purchasing. I was told by customer support that instead of using the information on the RevZilla website that I should just use the manufacturer's website. So now I have reordered a replacement product from the manufacturer. I really wish that I could continue using RevZilla because it's nice having multiple brands available from the same website however if I'm having to constantly double check the information on RevZilla against the true information by the manufacturer it doesn't make much sense to order it from a third party.
I thought it would be simple.
I chose the product based on the sizing information on the RevZilla website, it was incredibly wrong so now I've had to go purchase a replacement item from the manufacturer.
