Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Loved the sizing charts and things for different items. It definitely helped in getting things sized correctly. The videos on most products were very helpful.

Backpack is perfect for work & commuting. Drag in nonexistent. Have used on my hardtail, Hayabusa, & Grom. More than enough space for laptop & other essentials, and doesn't look out of place in a professional work or school environment. Strap system is fantastic and the zipper locks are a nice touch (no flapping). Constructed very well.
Unintentionally used a "new customer" discount (my fault), and RevZilla still processed my order with the discounted price after discovering the error.

I watched the review video and Anthony says to go one size smaller because they run big. I ordered my size and can't get my foot in the boot. If anything I may need 2 sizes bigger

I ordered a helmet that I was sure would fit me, as I know I wear an XS, but it was much too large and heavy for me. I found a couple of other options on sale on the Revzilla site -- two helmets that had minor marks/scuffs and were marked down. As I was reading about your company's return policy, I was happy to see that I was able to return merchandise that didn't work for me, but hadn't meant to abuse the policy by buying several items at once, knowing I would be returning at least two of them.
I called a customer service rep today to discuss my returns, and she handled them very graciously and understood that I wasn't trying to abuse the return policy! I was thrilled to find a helmet that fits perfectly, and I look forward to purchasing additional riding accessories from Revzilla in the future.
A friend introduced me to the company a few years ago. I ordered a helmet from you through my Ryan Reese's Revzilla account in 2021 or 2022.
I recently purchased a new silver Vespa and wanted a black, lightweight helmet to wear with it. I have an extremely small head and weigh 103 pounds, so it's hard to find helmets that don't give me a Bobbleheaded look or feel.
Received my recent order for new turn signals and tail tidy however the tail tidy was missing pieces so had to return and now I'm waiting for an exchange but it's just frustrating because inside the box even had a quality control check tag that all parts were included.

I received my order quicker than I expected and it fits perfectly. It was described to be form fitted and to size up so I did and the item fits perfectly.
I chose Revzilla due to the price of items and wide range of items for woman. I was surprised to see how much inventory they have for woman riders and a lot of the items match my style.
I wanted a stretchy high waisted jean with protection and I found the perfect item and the price was exactly what I was looking for.
Ordered a Mustang Wide Solo w/fender bib. Made contact with RevZilla prior to purchase to be insured of proper fit for my MC. Seat arrived before promised date. Sweet upgrade for my scooter. Looks great, feels great.

Obviously this was a hard to find part through Harley-Davidson as they could never find it for my bike that they fixed due to a wreck.
The entire buying process was really easy and Kimberly was great with assisting with my order. The sizing guide was great as the helmet and jacket I ordered fit spot on. Will definitely be shopping with Revzilla first for future gear.

Good price, quality, and stylish look
The website repeatedly crashed during checkout and my pipes arrived dented. As it's a 20 year old bike with little other options, I'm forced to put the pipes on anyway.
Was easy purchasing the gps unit. I had been waiting for a price reduction for over a year. Looked on line 1 day and saw a sale, so i purchased it. It would be nice if revzilla send out sales information with product details ahead of time.
I like revzilla policies and service
Although the product I purchase indicated "in stock" turns out it was just drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. This is fine, but no shipping detail was provide from either party until I actually received the product. This wouldn't be as big of a deal if it was not an $800 purchase.
Reveille usually is more comprehensive on product offering and review. Good customer service

I am not completely worth my first order experience. First of all, I was expecting this order in 2 days. Then, the order was canceled because of some issue with inventory...but then was told it was in stock...Makes no sense. I had to reorder abs have not been refunded by affirm yet. When I called because Affirm said they were waiting for Revzilla to cancel the order, the agent I spoke to gave me no confidence that she knew what she was doing... then hung up on me!
