Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

There was a problem with my order, the customer service team was very communicative about this sending me emails along the process. Although the problem was not resolved I appreciate the fact that they were open.

I've purchased several times from Rev and they are always prompt with the delivery and everything arrives in perfect condition. This time was a Sargent seat, fit perfectly, and was a good replacement for the previous seat.

I was running a Russell Day Long saddle which I have worn out. Since rebuilds for my Russell would be right in the heat of riding season and since I have had a good experience with Sargent seats I decided to purchase another. I will get the RDL rebuilt, but I will run the Sargent for my routine riding.
RevZilla's return policy seems to be stuck in a time warp, oblivious to the basic premise of customer satisfaction. How can customers assess a product's worth without trying it out? The insistence on items being in pristine condition for a return is not just impractical but absurd.
For a company specializing in motorcycle gear, one would expect a return policy that acknowledges the need for customers to test products in real-world conditions. The current policy's rigid stance deprives customers of the fundamental right to evaluate the fit, comfort, and functionality of their purchase.
It's astonishing how RevZilla seems disconnected from the reality of customer expectations. Customers don't buy motorcycle gear to keep them in a display case; they buy them to ride and experience the thrill of the road. Yet, the return policy dictates that items must remain untouched, essentially rendering them useless for their intended purpose.
RevZilla's return policy not only falls short but actively works against the very essence of customer satisfaction. It's a slap in the face to customers who expect a basic level of trust and flexibility from a reputable retailer.
If RevZilla truly values its customers and aims to provide a seamless shopping experience, it's high time they wake up and overhaul their archaic return policy. A customer-centric approach that allows for reasonable product testing and evaluation would demonstrate a genuine commitment to meeting customer needs and expectations.

Fingers getting cold, the larger handguard extenders help out. Maier nailed it with these handguard extenders. They almost look OEM on the BMW.
Howdy! I know I'm not alone on this. However I was sad to find out I didn't recieve a RevZilla sticker with my recent purchase. I do love the fact u ship tires in a complete box now vs just shrink wrap. So I font mean to sound ungrateful. I've gotten stickers in the past for my purchases, and thought RevZilla might just be changing things. Well as a long time customer this won't make me stop buying from u. Wide variety of products for different bikes.
The last set of Bridgestone I had were no longer available.
Well they're 13 inch shocks they fit I adjusted them mid range. Haven't been out riding yet. Been waiting for the weather to be nice but they have to be better than the pieces of crap that were on there. I'm sure they will be just fine. I have progressive fork cartridges. And I'm very satisfied with them.

Ordered on a Tuesday and delivered to my home in England 48 hours later...for the princely delivery cost of $55. I am in total awe of such a fabulous system.

Quick, responsive and made sure I was happy with the products I purchased
Products are very good. Prices are very competitive. Customer Service was great.
Overall, I noticed that warehouse processing and the amount of time it takes RevZilla to ship their product seems slower, and takes longer than what I am used to.
I ordered a small part that the website listed was in stock and would ship out same day. It did not ship out for three more days. Not sure if their website was inaccurate and they were waiting to receive it from the original manufacturer? I even chatted with an online representative 48 hours after the order and she said she could see it was being packaged on the floor. But it still did not go out that day.
To be fair, the representative gave me 15 RevZilla points, which was very kind of her.
I work in an industry that is highly competitive, and when I order something online, it usually ships immediately.
RevZilla is great for product knowledge, and providing a plethora of wonderful options for people. But their processing and shipping slow.
