Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I bought a pair of slip-ons for my Harley, quite expensive. When I finished installing them and took the plastic wrap off, I realized they were scratched. I contacted Customer Service for an exchange right away...and I'm still waiting to hear back with a resolution. Apparently, because I installed the slip-ons they are treating this as an exception and evaluating if I'm elegible for a replacement. My bad for installing before fully removing the plastic wrap I guess...and for not going with true customer first companies like Amazon. Replace/return with no questions asked. I expected better customer care for $800 mufflers...
Not solved my problem at all
I received an item in a badly damaged box. There were several layers of packing tape, indicating that the box had been opened more than once. This was supposed to be a new item. The Saddlemen CD3600 bag was missing all of it's parts, except the rain cover. It was dusty. It was worn on the bottom.
The plastic bag that the Saddlemen bag should have been in was in the bottom of the box. This was clearly not a new item.
It took several (4 or 5) phone calls and emails to get this resolved.
This was a case of not the best customer service. I finally got a new bag but had to drive across town to ship the bad bag back.
This is not what I expect from Revzilla. In all the years and all the things I've bought this is the first real trouble I've had.
Everyone was pleasant and tried to be helpful.
However I had to send a number of pictures and make several phone calls to get this resolved.
I have done business with Revzilla for years, and bought numerous items.
I have other Saddlemen products and have been satisfied with them.
I have purchased everything from gloves to tires from Revzilla. When something I've ordered doesn't work the return process is pretty painless. I really like the product comparisons. I have really become a big fan.
Almost always has to do with something that doesn't fit properly. Issues have always been solved promptly and properly.
Initially a random choice. Now mostly my only source.

They asked me to send in some pictures and then they sent me a pre-paid shipping label and made sure the exchanged shipped out as fast as possible.
