I paid for RPM for the two-day shipping and the order took seven days frthe day the order was placed

I placed the order on a Thursday morning and he said it was processed on Friday and did not ship until Monday. The item page said ships within 24 hours

Helmet fits in the head, cheek pads need worn in or replaced as they squish my face. Would be nice if it came with an option for smaller pads for people with rounder faces, but good product overall.

5 stars like always with Revzilla. I needed a replacement kickstand in chrome for my GFs Dyna Low Rider, and a shorter kickstand for my lowered Dyna Low Rider S. Perfect.

I want to start with that any one who hides behind fine print is hoping no one reads it. Revzilla is deceptive in listing items as being in stock when they actually are not in stock but available from the manufacturer " In Stock, Ships in 5-7 working days" isn't factual. What it means per the fine print is that they do not have it in stock but will need to order it from the manufacturer and they may or may not be able to ship it out in 5-7 working days. I've been a long time customer of Revzilla and Cycle Gear, but since they all merged or were bought out by a large conglomerate the customer service has declined big time. When I called to find out about when an item I ordered would ship the customer service agent's only answer was to show me the fine print. When I mentioned they lost a customer all he said was to ask if there was anything else he could do for me.

The item I needed was easy to find. It arrived at my house in short order and in good shape.

I've been using RevZilla other the past 5+ years for all of my motorcycle accessories and apparel. Ive never had a bad experience and this purchase for a new helmet was no different. My product arrived in great condition in 2 days as expected. I will continue to order everything I need through RevZilla!

So I recently removed my bar mirrors and installed fairing mounted mirrors on my Ultra Limited. Upon completion of the install, I could see that the holes in the lever mount were a terrible look and it absolutely needed something to fill it (on BOTH sides). I looked up mirror hole fillers and came across the Joker Hole fillers. Now I cannot imagine ANYONE removing only one of the two mirrors (because all motorcycles should be symmetrical right?) so when I found the Joker hole fillers, I placed the order for almost $40, with the shipping. For as small as it was, I believed that I was paying $40 for TWO, not one. I did not read the item page well enough to see that I was paying for only one and not a pair.
In no way did I imagine that just ONE of these tiny pieces of metal would be so expensive. Normally these days, I would just blame Bidenflation but if I had purchased two, it would have cost $80 and that little piece of metal is not worth that much. I can go buy a aftermarket light for $200 and that is a model specific piece of electronics where it SHOULD cost that much, unlike this tiny hole filler. I do not know who exactly is responsible for such a markup, but motorcycle parts and accessories are expensive enough and a small item like these should be less of a cost for how minute the item is in the grand scheme of all things motorcycle.

I complained that I was paying too much for one, when it should have been a pair and they apologized but only offered me a refund if I sent the item back. Too much of a hassel.

I ordered the wrong size jacket. And when I called to have it returned, the gentleman on the phone helped me exchange it for the right size.(so I thought.) you should never trust an old fool. Because he didn't know his own size.
But they still sent me two return boxes with paid shipping and I sent them back both the jackets and ordered the one I wanted(in the right size) and still managed to get it at the discount price.
Had my refund within a matter of days, and am very happy both with my jacket and the amazing service at Revilla.
Frankly, I expected them to charge me for at least one of the returns, but they didn't. Could be part of the reason I still shop there year after year.

Over a weeklong. I contacted customer service two times dealing with two different issues. They were able to solve them quickly , without problem and no guilt trip about you should have or why didn’t you? None of that crap just how can we help you. Love it.

I ordered the Belstaff boots from RevZilla since they had my size and received them in good order with quick shipping. They seem like good quality boots with reasonable pricing and good service from RevZilla.

Product was "shipped" out the next day after using but did not actually get sent to me until almost a week after I was notified.

Shopping was fine. But the helmet is super quiet. I had a helmet that was a Techno 2.0 and it was way louder than this one. The helmet doesn't my my ride enjoyable like my last helmet did.

This was the only place that I found that I was able to get riding boots that actually fit my feet! I was even able to get a small discount that helped a lot.

The chat line was very long and I kept getting cut off. The phone call was much better.

I ordered slip on mufflers and decided I didn't want them before they arrived I returned them for a full refund, I sent them back for a full refund.

The headlight bulb works great. The turn signal bulbs changed the flash frequency and were a weird color even though it was white bulbs through a colored lens. I know there's a resistor or something to help with the LED bulbs, but I just don't want to mess with it.
