Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

I purchased multiple items in my last order from Revzilla, including a new helmet and handlebar setup for my DR65O. The oversized handlebar mounts from Pro Taper were on sale with an open box discount. The item was unable to be fulfilled, but Revzilla sent me a brand new set instead with no upcharge. Great customer service, I will continue to purchase all of my gear and bike parts through them!

Well rated, reasonable price
I've ordered from RevZilla numerous times. When I can find the items I'm looking for the prices are good, shipping is fast and customer service, when needed, is excellent. My only complaint about the site is that they have MANY items listed which they do not have "in stock" or "available." Seems if an item is not available in any color or size perhaps don't list it so I don't have to wade through a bunch of items I couldn't get even if I wanted them. Other than that RevZilla is a great site for motorcycle enthusiasts.
Generally speaking they have a good selection of motorcycle gear at reasonable prices, shipping is always fast and customer service is good.
All my gear is Alpinestar and I needed track gloves to complete my kit you had them on sale so the price was good.

Product selection
Streamlined purchasing. Website itemizing of products needs to be improved. People do not want to search a lot of pages to possibly locate what they want to purchase. I want to go to the search bar type in what they are looking for: Example part number, item description or narrow down your selections to the needs of the search.
You notifid me as to you having what I wanted to purchase back in stock.
What can I say? I shop from my EZ chair. RevZilla produces lots of videos making it easy to make a decision. So far everything I have ordered is a keeper.

The price and features were just right.
Rep checked the website I attempted to price match to and had failed. Rep took the time to check and confirm price and matched it. The Rep was very helpful in that my attempts copy and pasted the link of the site I wanted RevZilla to match and failed. I now realize I was copying my "cart" and the site would not allow the rep to access it.
Have made prior purchases and really enjoy the efforts to make purchases seamless and ZillaCash is another reason to return.

When searching for gear as a new rider, it's easy to get overwhelmed and have "Analysis Paralysis" due to the sheer number of options and styles. RevZilla made it easy for me to sort through all available gear and make a better informed decision based on other customer reviews, my own personal preferences, and my available gear budget.
Additionally, RevZilla's email based order communication is very concise, providing tracking number information and product whereabouts, even when coming from out of the country. I'm in the US, and a RevZilla Customer Support Rep informed me that my SPIDI Gloves came straight from Italy. This also instilled me with the confidence that the products I paid for are genuine and not counterfeit, which is becoming a growing problem on Online Competitors such as Amazon.
My orders all arrived earlier than projected, and they were in brand new condition without any packaging or delivery issues. In the future, I will continue to order products from RevZilla because I know that what I pay for is what I will get, and getting reviews and opinions from other real riders helps me tremendously when choosing products to buy.
I mainly used to shop around at CycleGear in Fairfax, VA, but when I heard about the company merge, I decided to trust RevZilla for my gear. I am a newer rider, and I struggled for a long time on which gear to purchase. As a new customer, I took a risk by spending my money at RevZilla to buy products for the first time, but the risk paid off, proving to me that I can trust in RevZilla and their customer service with my money and products.
I was able to decide on the products I chose due to other Rider's reviews. I like to sort by 1 stat reviews to figure out which people were unsatisfied, and then view the 4-5 star reviews to compare them to riders who were very satisfied. Some online stores only show you 5 star reviews, so I am happy to see RevZilla does not hide customer reviews that result in an unsatisfactory experience, as this can be disingenuous to the customer.
As a brand new rider, RevZilla's filter system made is way less overwhelming to find the gear I wanted. I was mainly focused on finding a Helmet with an ECE 22.06 rating, and I was able to filter helmets in RevZilla with this rating with a single click.
Bought a Antigravity Battery and got exactly that. Happy with my purchase, although a little spoiled with prime shipping, just had to wait a few extra days.
Best motorcycle store there is
The item (Alpinestars Road Racing Boot) was essentially as described, but was bulkier than imagined and quite more involved to put on and take off. I returned it, which is an easy matter with RevZilla, bless them!
