Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
No issues purchasing and shipping the product but the returns experience needs updating. Needs to be more like Amazon's process.

Got a stacyc brand new in the box. Put it together 4yo got on it to go and nothing. Called Revzilla wouldn't do an exchange. Had to call stacyc and waited a week for new motor and esc that I had to replace myself. Again brand new! 4yo was devastated.
The experience is just awesome. The shipping and delivery was fast that too across the globe. Barring the huge import duties would love to shop again. Would suggest to make exhausts available to ship.

Was looking for an upgrade.
I needed a replacement mirror for my V-Strom 650. The one I purchased is very similar, and if anything probably better made than the original, however, it's not a perfect match. There are clear differences. I would buy again, but might prefer to get it from Suzuki just to keep from making it obvious there's a difference from stock on one side.

Replaced my AGV Tourmodular with the updated newer version, night and day difference, helmet gets 4.5 stars ( out of 5) for all categories, only slight issues, when flipped up, visor rattles a little at speed and vent switches are difficult to open & close with winter gloves, review is behind the windscreen of a 2018 Goldwing.
Past experience was good
The helmet was too big, so I exchanged for a smaller size. The rep was nice, efficient, and communicative. The process was quick and easy. And the new helmet fits great. I liked that I was able to talk to person in less than 20 seconds! That means everything to me.
