Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
What I ask the person I was chatting, if you do price comparison...he said yes. I send him the link. He did match the price that I saw with other seller. I was still decided to do the purchase with this company (RevZilla)

Originally price... I've been riding for 20+ years. I know what helmets work for me. Needed to replace my Hornet, you had one on clearance in my size.
Ultimately nothing bad however in order to get riding quickly I needed a part ASAP and its standard shipping was longer than expected I was able to order from partzilla in a much quicker time for no extra cost.

I ordered some Driven grips and matching bar ends. As usual, shipping was insanely fast. Received both products within two days despite not paying extra for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, the new grips wouldn't work because my grips (which were aftermarket) had the grip glued to the throttle tube (i.e I couldn't separate the grip from the throttle tube without destroying it). So, returned the grips and the matching bar ends so I could order some new OEM grips. The return process was also simple and fast. Had my refund within about 3-4 business days of shipping out the return product.

I ordered the correct levers and was shipped the wrong items and the both boxes said clutch levers for models I didn't order. Revzilla did refund me and I ordered the correct lever again and this time it was correct.
Customer service insisted I email them pictures even though I uploaded in the chat which the chat bot requested before the human came on the phone. The rep said they couldn't accept that and only email would work. Seems a bit odd to upload them then have to email......

I have shopped with RZ since buying my bike in 2021, first place I go to with equipment/gear and parts
I ordered from RevZilla because I ordered Bull-it riding pants in a 32 inseam, it was all that was available, thinking I could hem them but the armour was at my shins. I liked these pants overall but not where the armour sat; thinking it was because of the 32 inseam I sent them back and began looking for the same pants in 30". I found the last pair on RevZilla; bull-it easy cut jeans, the ones I had were the tactical easy cargo pants which I liked more due to the pockets. They both fit about the same being the same cut but the jeans, unbeknownst to me, didn't come with armour like the other ones I bought. Additionally, the armour was still at my shins! I'm not sending them back because duty and taxes I will never get back. In the end I spent a little less to get a little less and would have been better off hemming the original pair I had. Bull-it needs to ad some adjustability to the armour pockets.
RevZilla overall was great, they helped with my long-time getting here order and gave me some ZillaCash that I hope I can use on... something.
Awesome! 100% The only thing is when they asked if there was anything else they could help me with and I responded with, "FREE GEAR!" the rep didn't seem to take it as a joke. It was, I didn't mean to be rude.
But, maybe that could be an idea for a give away event, if you say these three words to a rep you'll win a thing...
You just had the size I needed and after the duty I had to pay from Europe I thought USA might be better.
It was well rated and reviewed and had what I was looking for in my size. I don't like plastic overpants and wanted something that would provide me the protection that I could layer over depending on my activity.

Cost, safety and brand
Got the battery - missing the bolt package. I called - they made me send a pic of the battery. They sent me the bolt package - it was for a bigger battery. I ended up buying the right bolt package on Amazon.
I told them the battery did not come with the bolt package - which is clearly shown in the pic on the website. The rep was clueless. And then finally sent me the bolt package - which was the wrong one. I gave up.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It looks like your order was placed on the 2/17, and the item had a 1-2 business day lead time prior to shipping. It was with the carrier and on its way to you on the 2/22, which is the 3-4 business day after your order got processed.
Ordered a pair of Dainese Gore Tex gloves for an upcoming ride. Found out I would not get them in time so I contacted customer service to cancel the 2nd day delivery. Guess what? Got them ahead of time allowing me to stick to my ride's timeline, thank you!
