Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

Search engine for Harley USB port to replace cigarette lighter
Liked the concept to replace cigarette lighter, but the area to install clip needed about an extra 1/8โ.
I've ordered a few things over the years and I've never had an issue with customer service, I've even had them contact me due to mistakes on their end before i even knew there was an issue.
They contacted me the next day and informed me they had a inventory discrepancy. They offered an account credit as well as the refund.

I ordered the LS2 Advantx helmets for my wife and I and we are both very happy with the fit and colors. The only down side was that mine came a week later than hers did but overall very happy with the purchase.
I have purchased items at Revzilla before.
We needed new helmets and I liked that the Advantx meets ECE and DOT ratings and also that the visor sits at the top of the helmet and doesnt have to be closed or removed to avoid catching the wind.
Ordered two windshields for a utv. The front was perfect, fit and finish! The rear windshield needed to be returned. The folks I talked to in the service department were very understanding and quickly resolved the issue and it was returned, no problems! Thankyou!

I ordered a visor screw for my HJC helmet that doesn't fit. Probably for a later model. This one is too wide and too high when fitted to allow the face Shield to operate properly (up&down)
