Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Good price and quick delivery. Aaaand they require 50 characters for a review but I can't think of much more to say about a tire.

Needed a jacket for motorcycle
My tail bag did not ship with straps OR a rain fly, but after contacting RevZilla, they paid for me to order both directly from Nelson Rigg AND gave me $15 store credit when I inevitably return for more stuff for my bike. While I was at Nelson Rigg, I ordered a couple of other things as well, so RZ's mistake has made my experience even more complete by accident!
