Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Never have an issue with this website everything is as described and sometimes cheaper than the competition. Gotta love that.

I've done a few orders with Revzilla since they were purchased by Cyclegear and they have become so untrustworthy that I despise ordering from them. Anytime I have left a remotely negative review on an item it is never published, and my most recent purchase was labeled as "in stock" at the time of purchase, then about 10 business days later they cancel my order because they don't actually have the item in stock and don't know when they're going to get it.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t trust the review’s and you’d better hope they have your item when you purchase it otherwise they’ll hold your money hostage for two weeks before processing a return while simultaneously not answering any questions about your order status.

I purchased a helmet but when it came it was too small. I added a larger size helmet to cart, page shows last one in stock so I quickly proceeded to check out.
Maybe took me 30 seconds to fill out everything, I press purchase and and get a message item is no longer in stock.
Not cool.
If I have something in cart there should be a few minute grace period where other people cannot buy it while im checking out.
Worst part is I contacted chat cust service and they guy literally said. "Sorry. Is there anything else I can help you with."

Website Experience: The descriptions of each item are very detailed, and easy to understand. I also appreciate the videos that are provided for specific brands and items. However, not all items (like some riding jackets) have one for their specific make. I hope to see more product videos in the future! Otherwise, awesome site!
Shipping: I appreciated the free shipping to Hawaii for the black friday/cyber monday weekend! I wish more companies/websites would accomodate that. Shipping confirmation was done quickly. However, FedEx did delay my package once it made it to Honolulu, and that is a very common problem with anything coming in to this state, especially during the holiday season. I dont know if there is anything Revzilla could do to make this better, but that is really the only thing negative I would have to say about the process.
Appreciated the notification of my item being in stock. I was thinking of spending alot of money on handlebars because I couldn't get the risers. Then I got the notification they were in stock - worked perfectly and I spent much less!

I've been a loyal RevZilla customer for over ten years. The main selling point for me was the free gear exchange program that they had. They now charge ten dollars per exchange. I have been informed that in order to use the free exchange program that I have been using for over ten years, I will have to buy a membership. That doesn't sit right with me. I will no longer be using RevZilla

I've ordered twice from them before with no issue. Their prices were average and shipping speed was okay, I only used them because they had a nice taxonomy and was able to show me only parts that would fit my bike.
My most recent experience with them was horrible, and I wish I had checked their latest reviews before I placed the order. In short, order placed on 4/9, got an automated email from them on 4/14 saying they'd be slow to ship and slow to respond to emails because of order volume. 4/22 still "Order Processed" but no shipment (btw they charged my credit card already), Emailed them on 4/22,4/23, contacted their customer service live chat on 4/22 who agreed that the shipping speed was unacceptable and promised she would follow up.
I am now stuck with a credit card bill and still waiting for Revzilla to fulfill my order or at least give me an update of what's going on.
I signed up for the 10% discount with the texts and emails, and it never gave me mthe discount. Feeling a bit scammed!

I ordered a fog-proof visor insert for my motorcycle helmet to prevent it from fogging up while on rides. I purchased this item and it arrived relatively quickly. I was able to open and install it in about 5 minutes. It took a small bit of leveraging to get the item in the right position, but it was perfect once it clicked into place.
