Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

These are my first riding boots and I adore them! Trying to find out what size to get without actually being able to try them on is. Sketchy. After a lot of research, I ordered them in size 37 and they fit me perfect. I usually wear size 6.5 US women's. The quality is top tier. Can't wait to ride many rides in these!

Fast delivery and fit was perfect. Well made. Make sure to read the instructions and you won't have a problem. Should protect the plastic OEM hand guards. Even a minor tip over would surely brake them without this guard.

Found out about reveille when I went to cyclegear. Bought a lot of stuff for my R6 with revzilla never had issues with it. This year I bought a shoe helmet next 3-4 days got it on my doorstep. Fast shipping would recommend revzilla to anyone, also watch there YouTube channel great stuff.

The boots were great. The time it took for them to arrive was not.
The boots didn't ship out when expected, and that wasn't resolved in my conversation with the customer service rep who said they were expected to ship 'today' (they did not). Basically I ordered on the morning of Wednesday April 3rd an item that was showing as 'ships next day', and I paid for two day shipping. The item sat in order processing until Monday April 8th when it was finally shipped out, and delivered on Wednesday April 10th. That's a bit disappointing.

I purchased 8 tires from Revzilla, 2of the tires I ordered were lost in shipment. Revzilla's customer support was thorough and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
My family and I race motocross. I purchased tires from Revzilla, When I ordered them they said they would ship the next business day with 2 day shipping. 6 of the 8 tires I ordered showed up as expected. The other two did not show up until after 2 weeks. This put me in a bind because I needed these tires for a big race in Florida. I called Customer Service when the first 6 were delivered because the tracking said they were not received by the carrier. Customer Service told me they could not do anything for 5 business days. Because of this I had to purchase the needed tires at local shop at a higher price.
