Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Placing the order and getting the discount was a bit of a hassle to me but the real issue was I had to call them approx 6 days later in order to get tracking email.When I called was told they had just received parts,I told them website said they were in stock.I could be wrong but I think they just dragging their feet.Took too long to get parts,Rinehart exhaust are excellent and they were competitively priced.

Good bag, good size was worried the bag itself would be too large. I measured my phone for fitment however it still doesn't fit. The phone holder has rounded edges my phone and most others are pretty squared these days. Other than that I'm happy with it.

RevZilla sold me a pair of Shinko tires and the tread separated on the rear tire after only 600 miles. Neither RevZilla or Shinko stands by their product. Both companies are narrow minded. Motorcycle tire mileage is a quarter of the life of an auto tire. I'll never buy from either company ever again.
Recently purchased another helmet from Revzilla wanted a rose tinted shield. Wasn't available at time of getting Scorpion R420 helmet. But I was promptly notified once they had it. Shipped out to me quickly. Love Revzilla!

Best sounding slip-on
I ordered my item early on Thursday, December 21st. My item was not shipped for several days and did not arrive until late afternoon on Wednesday, December 27th. As an RP Member, 2 day shipping is supposed to be guaranteed. Not impressed. At least I saved some money using my RPM cash I guess.
Customer service provided no solution, just confirmed that the item had not shipped.
Because I'm an RP Member and I was supposed to get 2 day shipping. I should have gone with Amazon instead...
Awesome experience as always using Revzilla. I had a tire go bad just after Thanksgiving with no shops open, was able to get a tire overnight shipped to my residence to alleviate my growing anxiety. Will buy again.
I ordered a pair of Sidici gloves for my son's 25th birthday. Had them shipped directly to him and they arrived early and he's very happy with them.
I've been ordering from Revzilla for a few years now and have never had any issues. Returns are easy but not crazy about having to pay for the return label every time. I could understand returning helmets because of the size, but smaller items should be free. My only trivial gripe.

Said 3-5 days to ship out a GASKET. Took 7 days to ship and I still have not received it 5 days later. Going on two weeks from day of purchase. Customer service is terrible and won't help you. If you need something quick don't order from this site. Never again will I waste my time on this site.

The website is decent, they tend to have most of the parts I need, but they're shipping policies have gotten so slow I can hardly use them anymore. Competitors such as sport bike track gear is shipping in one to two days, RevZilla typically ships in 2 to 3 weeks.
