Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Received extremely fast! Only issue is the jacket itself was small but the return process was easy, they were very helpful and we got a replacement on the way immediately. I'm a repeat customer with these guys

Ordered (paid) for 2 Michelin motorcycle tires. However, only 1 tire delivered. Upon inquiry, was informed that the 2nd tire was no longer available.
During my "chat" inquiry, the operator quickly resolved the issue with full refund for the front tire, and promise of full refund for the rear, if desired. Found the front (for an extra $40) so all is well. Ordered Revzilla for years.., nothing but A++, so sometimes Biden happens!

As I begin to re-enter the world of riding a motorcycle, there is new equipment, clothing, etc., and RevZilla is the best place to find what I need. With any online ordering sizing is always an issue, but RevZilla makes it easy, worry free to get the right size. The Geek Squad is great and I love the product videos describing the pros/cons, so I can make an educated selection. Finally, their return policy is fantastic.

I ordered 4 items all on the same day & only received 2 at the same time & then the other 2 at different times (one coming super late like 1 am and with no notification). I understand this is probably due to who's shipping my package and not necessarily revzilla. So, overall great experience & quality items.

Having a tough time with tire selection. Many out of stock. Yep, only a few available. Luckily I found a set that was acceptable.

Very quick! Do wish your measurements read like everywhere else (your site says 180/70B15 instead of 180/70-15) just because I'm inexperienced and was worried I'd order the wrong thing. But other than that, thank you! UPDATE: your partnership with cycle gear sucks. I went to the coral springs location and the horrible customer service I received is deplorable.
Affordability.
I've been buying stuff from them for almost 10 years now. I had a return and shipped it their warehouse via my own FedEx label. It was delivered and signed for and now they are saying they can't find it and it's my fault the package is missing. Fedex gave me a proof of delivery document for it and it's still my fault. WORST customer service ever. I'll never buy anything from them again. Support your local moto shop.

Boots were delivered quickly and as advertised. Fit was perfect! Just used them for 2 weeks on a bike trip through Eastern Europe where we got caught in a couple of rainstorms and they worked perfectly. Completely waterproof! Ankles were a bit stiff and caused some soreness for the first couple days, but I just loosened them up a bit and all was good. To be expected for new boots.
Always have what I need at a good price, and I've never had an issue with a return if I need one.
