Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Shipping time was not bad but honestly that was probably the worst package I've seen dropped at my door in awhile. The tape had come off on most of the box and my riding jeans were poking out from the bottom. It looked like UPS had to put a piece of packing tape over the top just to keep that closed. The shipping label was covered and there were no packing materials. Pretty terrible.
I’ve used Revzilla for awhile and typically their customer service is good. My last few packages however have been in very rough shape, looking kind of slapped together.
I ordered my products for next two day shipping I received first product the next day and second product exactly within two days of placing order!

Bought handlebar risers after filtering on suitability/compatibility with my bike. Part was delivered but was too small for the stock handlebars. The product description should have clearly stated not compatible with factory/stock handlebars, but it did not. As such, I missed the opportunity to have the risers fitted during my annual service and I will have to book another appointment to get a new set of risers installed. This will waste more time and money. I will try JP Cycles or SW Motech for my next purchase. Revzilla used to be better about things like this.

I had an issue with my order. I was sent the wrong item, so I contacted Revzilla. They immediately overnighted the correct item and sent a label for me to return the incorrect one. Easily the best customer service I've ever received and I'm very much looking forward to giving Revzilla more of my business. Thanks again!

Love Revzilla for motorcycle gear and their customer service is fantastic. I had an order that want going to arrive within the 2 day shipping window I selected. I didn't get it on time but, Rey, the customer service rep I spoke with went out of his way to try and expedite it. Even though the shipping time didn't work out this is one of the few companies that still treat customers like they are valued. I really appreciate that and will continue to but from and recommend Revzilla.

The recorded product review videos were very helpful. I purchased both a riding jacket & boots and the product videos talked me through both the features and sizing. They accurately told me that the particular jacket I ordered ran true to the sizing chart while others I was considering sometimes needed to be sized up. I placed my order on a Sunday evening with the promise that items would ship on the next business day and arrive on Thursday with standard shipping... what do you know? I got the shipping notice before noon on Monday, received all my items on Thursday, and whore them on my weekend rides.
Ordered a set of Michelin Power GP2s. Transaction went smoothly and shipping was fast. Can't ask for more than that.

Trying something new
This shoe fits my dress style seamlessly. I'm happy that I don't have to wear something that looks like a motorcycle shoe when I'm off the bike, walking through the mall or hanging with friends. I can hop off my bike and walk straight into the movies without drawing attention because of my footwear. It has all the safety features that I'm looking for as well. Perfect shoe for me. Fits true to form, comfortable, safe and fits my style.
Best online store for anything motorcycle related. Hassle free. Lots of info on the products sold and the videos are really really helpful in helping me make my choice. Really appreciate those videos.
I was able to order a helmet that I wanted greatly for my birthday and it was the most easiest and smoothest process ever.
Not only is it extremely easy to order from here, but the package and ship team are extremely fast and reliable. I received my helmet way before the day of birthday, so I'm happy to be riding with some new gear.
